SEATING

Your access to all Il Divo Cruise events is included in your total reservation cost. Some events will be in the onboard Theatre. These events will be done twice to accommodate everyone. Theatre shows will be split per your chosen dining time and your seats assigned your time of booking. If you choose a preferred cabin (D1 through Suites) you will receive seats within the first 10 rows. All other guests will be assigned after by time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

All guests have their choice of payment plan.

1) Deposit, 2nd & final payments
•Deposit due at time of reservation ◦$300/person (Categories SI - D2)
◦$500/person (Categories D1 - GS)
◦$1,000/person (Categories FS - RS)

•2nd payment automatically charged to your credit card on file due on June 15, 2017 ◦$500/person (Categories SI - D2)

•The final balance automatically charged to your credit card on file on September 15th, 2017

2) Monthly Pay Plan Deposit as follows:

The deposit of $300/$500/$1000 per person is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installment automatically charged to your credit card on file with the first payment due the 15th of the next month. All other payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on September 15, 2017

Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Any payments made online will be deducted from your next payment. For example, if you make $400 in additional payments and the next scheduled payment due is $500, you will automatically be charged $100 on the payment due date.

If you make additional payments totaling $500 and your next scheduled payment due is $500, nothing will be charged on the due date. If you make additional payments totaling more than the next scheduled payment amount, the overage will be deducted from your final payment.

Late & Declined Card Fees

A $30 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.

Fuel Surcharges

In the event that the cost of fuel increases between now and the time we sail, a fuel surcharge will be imposed to each passenger for our sailing. The fuel surcharge will be added to the passenger's cabin costs, not to exceed $30 per passenger. All passengers will be notified via email if such fuel surcharge is added to the cost of your cabin.

Cancellation Policies

Please read the cancellation policies for this chartered cruise. These cancellation policies differ from the standard cruise lines policies. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE ASSESSED A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.
