We got there about 7pm and picked up the tickets ...........

Jette had purchased them and they were the Flat Seats about 2 Feet away from the stage and Ramp...........

You could reach out and grab someone on the stage as they came by.............

We enjoyed the show the guys were having a great time singing and dancing and they all seem very pleased with the crowds .............

David did somemore on his speaking Irish to the crowd............

And in the final part we went to stand by the stage for when they came down to sing Impossible Dream......

As I was standing there taking pics of the guys coming down the ramp Urs and David came by shaking hands and this is the pics I got of them...........

SEBASTIEN and a Night To Remember

As I said in the former post the stage was right in front of us and we were standing there waiting for the guys to come down the ramp while they were singing .....

They got to the middle of the circle in front of the venue and then Sebastien headed towards us singing Impossible Dream.........

We had our hands out to shake hands with the guys as they came by........

Sebastien got to me and took my hand and STOPPED and kept holding it as he sang and looking into my eyes and smiling and winking at me, I couldn't make a move or sound I just stood there looking at the most beautiful eyes......

After a few minutes he left and went back up the stage but I didn't know what to do....

All I do know is that he made my week and my night...........

I am a Uber and this was a special thing for me........

My second Il Divo concert. You would have thought that nothing could surprise me since I had seen the guys the day before but it was a concert full of surprises.

We knew we had great tickets but I didn't expect to be in front row by the catwalk. Thanks Jette mwah_sparkle%5B1%5D.gif As mama already said in her post...we could reach out and touch the guys as they walked by but since we're not crazy teenagers.......we didn't do that

Being so close to the catwalk was a thrill but when they guys came walking down the catwalk in front of us.....that was an even bigger thrill. All of them do look very handsome
Jette convinced me to get up and dance during LVSA. With Urs standing right in front of us (unfortunetly our dance is caught on video)

Adagio was even more powerful than the night before and it really touched me.

I managed to shake Urs' hand when he walked down the catwalk...can't remember if it was during Amazing Grace or The Impossible Dream

But when Sébastien came walking towards us during The Impossible Dream.....that was just amazing. As mama has already mentioned, he sang to her and he was standing right in front of us He truly is gorgeous and I felt like a 16 year old teenager And when he took my hand........ I thought I would but somehow I managed to stay on my feet.

It was a great weekend with two Il Divo concerts and I can't wait to go again on Saturday.

It’s been almost a week, but I wanted to share this with you, as I look back on the double nights’ tours for me in Dublin. I’ve since, caressed the pages of the tour book for the hundredth time, drooling over the lovely pictures, letting my eyes gently rest on the faces. The pictures I took cannot compare, but then again, I’m an amateur. My pictures do bring back the fondest of memories, but not like the ones in my mind. Those still rekindle the warmth, excitement, and exhilaration of the concert I attended.

As was my first concert, the room filled with eager fans, bursting with the excitement that can only come from knowing Il Divo and their music. Again, a hushed silence echoed the filled arena as the opening overture began. Eight thousand pairs of eyes focused to the stage as dim outlines appeared from the back platform, bathed in a pale blue light. Through my telephoto lens, I could begin to make out each Divo, see each take a deep breath, reaching from deep within to release the magic we have come to know and love.

In one heartbeat, their breathing enjoined and four individuals on stage became one in the richest of harmonies. Song after song, applause thundered in reply. As it quieted, for one brief moment, I could sense my chest pounding in rhythm with those around me. Each of us was subconsciously measuring breath for breath with Carlos, Urs, David and Sebastien, as they performed the songs we love. The faces of Il Divo reflected brilliantly as they sang, spoke, and looked out at us. The glow of their eyes, their cheeks, their smiles was as precious as their songs.

Before I could catch my breath, the tears flowed again, just as they had the night before. This time, they were mixed with a touch of sadness, as I knew our time together was coming to an end for the night. As Impossible Dream ended, I joined the crowd in a standing ovation, a meager response for what Il Divo had so graciously given that night. I stood there with the others, wishing there was some way I could show them what it meant to be there.

This night, and the one before it, was not just listening to notes performed at the highest level, but being completely absorbed in the feelings, the music, the words, the lights, the faces of these four outstanding artists. To feel like they were singing to each of us one by one, each reaching into the deepest part of you with their own two hands to deliver the greatest gift you have ever received.

Yes Il Divo, I welcomed you in with open arms both nights, unquestionably and without hesitation. I guess that may seem me a fool, but so be it. Il Divo, you trusted me to listen and be a part of that moment, the least I can do is thank you for this most precious of gifts. That gift will stay with me always. Your smile, your voice, your presence is there to cherish each day, each moment, not locked away in some box, but a glowing warm light I shelter within me. A light that appears as a gleam in my eyes, or outlines the smile that appears when I remember, or the warm hug that surrounds me as I listen once again to your voices - a sensation like no other, brought by the magic of Il Divo.

I showed the steward our ticket and he directed me to another steaward. It was Lisa, the steward from yesterday! She saw me an started to laugh and said "you sure did enjoy yourself last night" :embarrassed: Think she referred some Cuties screaming for Carlos everytime was near and I just joined them

Cannot believe the seats were even better for the second concert at O2. This time I sat with Laura, Tina. We could almost grab the guys when they came runway... and no security guy in sight!!

Found out how tall David really is... almost hurt my neck to look up at him.

Urs was right in front of me during the LVSA and wow is all I can say. Looked further down the runway and saw Carlos doing some very sexy moves , wow again It made me forget to watch Séb dancing. Persuaded Tina to get up and dance and it was quite fun ... until we came home and discovered that it was caught on vid. Don't think Tina will ever be persuaded again

Thought I never got to shake hands with Séb.... Laura took all his attention and then he shaked Tina's hand and I thought he was turning to the inner circle, luckily he turned to me and shaked my hand
Laura, I cannot believe that Sébs attention and the way he looked at you did'nt convert you... but on the other hand then we have one Siren less to fight

I was not a member of this forum when I went to the concert,.So here is my report, pics and videos.. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER tongue.gif LOL

Ok this is my short report….
This evening me and Bekka were sitting on the left side on block C row 3. So It was really good seats as you could see the whole stage.. This evening it seemed that the people were more in a party mood, and there was a lot of screaming and the guys LOOOVEd it especially Carlos..
Loved the part when Seb asked Carlos to say LOVE as it would sound better in his voice..
The background video got stuck a few times..
After the first act we saw that there was some free seats on the floor seating that is facing the walkway (like the evening before but this time on the left side and on the second row instead of 1st. )
David´s hip was really shaking during LVSA when he stood infront of us.
The crowd singing OLE OLEOLEOLE after Amazing Grace (got that on video) was so much fun..
I must say that the guys voices are sooo much better now than the last tour, especially Urs´.

Thanks again for a another amazing concert guys, and this time meeting the spaniards Ingrid and Ana.. and Irene and of course the SCD girls again was great.
