What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Prologue - 2 Years Earlier   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySat Dec 20, 2008 11:46 pm

Tears streamed down her face as she looked at the picture she held tightly in her hands. She wasn't sure what to make of what had just taken control of her life. He couldn't be dead, he couldn't. They had just gotten married, God couldn't take him away from her, not just yet. She traced the outline of his face with her finger as sorrow and meloncholy continued to control her mind. She didn't know what to do next, this is something that was so sudden, and yet felt like a dream. A dream that she wanted to wake up from, and find her husband sleeping soundly by her side the whole time. But she knew, that is wasn't a dream after all, and this was something that she was going to have to live with.

" Alexandria, it's not your fault please don't blame yourself," Her mothers voice was heard. Her mom wrapped her arm around her daughters shoulders, but Alex pulled away, she didn't want to be touched. She just wanted to be left alone, she didn't want more tears to be covering up her face than what they have already.

"I'm not blaming myself," Alex replied quietly " I blame God, why did he have to take him away from me? He was a good husband the moments we had together, and a wonderful man. Why did he have to take him? This isn't fair!" She placed her head in her hands after dropping the picture down on the floor, her long hair covering her face, she didn't know how she was going to deal with this.

" Honey, it was just his time," Her mom rubbed her daughters back " no one is to blame, it was just time for him to go." Her features softened at seeing her daughter so sad and depressed.

Alex just continued to stare at the floor as raindrops of tears began to take it's place on the floor. She didn't understand why this was happening to her, why couldn't God wait a few more years to take him, instead of a few days. God should have given them some time together, but he wouldn't even do that.

"Honey don't be upset," Her mother's voice rang through the room once more " I know its hard but-"

" That's easy for you to say," Alex blurted "your husband, my dad, isn't dead! He is still alive on this Earth!" She looked at her mother, who was shocked by the tone of her voice. " I coudn't even spend time with the man! I couldn't even have a chance to have children with him, I didn't have the chance to see what it would be like to wake up next to him every morning! And your telling me that not to be upset?!"

Alex didn't like the way her tone was with her mother, but she couldn't help it. She was so depressed and didn't know how to handle the news, that instantly changed her life. She placed her head back into her hands and stared at the floor, as her mother continued to rub her back.

" Well, honey there are some things in life you can't change," Her mothers voice saddened " and this is just one of those things,"

Alex couldn't believe her ears, what kind of mother was she when she coudn't even comfort her own daughter. All she can tell her was facts, not hopes, or dreams, just facts of what the world was like, and this is how you have to deal with it.

" I would like to be alone now," Alex turned her head to the side so she counldn't look at her mom in the face. She didn't want to deal with all this fact crap, she just wanted to deal with hopes, and maybe that there is a chance that she would be happy again. But for right now, it didn't seem to be that way. God had taken the only thing that she had cherished and loved, and she coudn't even get him back.

" As you wish," Her mother said as she stood up. She took her coat off the rack by the door and continued to look at Alex whos head was still tilted to the side. " The least thing you can do is look at me Alex, before I go,"

Alex didn't respond, she didn't know how to, and she didn't care, she just wanted to be left alone.

Her mother had waited for the response, and yet it failed. She opened the door and took one final glance at Alex before she left " I expect you to be more respectful tomorrow," Then the sound of the door shuting was heard. Alex looked near the door way, and still coudn't believe that her mother was treating her like this. Her husband died, and all her mother can say is suck it up? This is not what Alex wanted, and she couldn't bare it.

Alex made herself get up, and she made her way up the stairs and into the bedroom, she was very tired and she needed some sleep. She kicked her high heels off not caring where they landed, and took the pins out of her hair. Again, not caring where the pins landed either, she let them drop to the floor as she took them out. She sat on the edge of the bed, anxiety was taking over her, and she had a feeling it would for quite a while. She glanced at the open walk in closet infront of her, clothes of her dead husbands still hanging in the same place as he left them. She stood up slowly, and made her way to the closet. She could smell his cologn in the fabric as she breathed in the sent as she pressed the material against her cheek. She held the white sleeve tightly as she became more and more distraught. Was this realy happening? Was he really not here with her anymore? She pulled down the shirt from the hanger, and un buttoned it, hopping that it would fit her just for this one night. She wrapped herself in the white material, holding it tightly as she made her way to the bed once more. Alex breathed in the sent of his cologn again as she pulled the covers on top of her as tears began to cover her cheeks again. She layed on her side facing away from the window, not caring what the outside night life had instore that night, not caring how brightly the moon had shines, or how the stars would sparkle. To her life was useless now, and there was no meaning to it. Her eyes became heavy as she continued to stare into the closet, examining his clothes thread by thread, not knowing what was going to happen next, and before she could even think about to tomorrow she had fallen asleep, with the memories still in her heart.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter One   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:25 am

" Katie, Katie" A french accent voice was heard in the room. Sebastien sat on the edge of the bed waiting for those beautiful eyes to be shown to him.

" What-" Came a mumbling reply

" It's time to get up sweety," He placed his lips on top of Katie's forehead

" Oh dad!" She pulled the pillow over her head " do I have to? I know it's Friday and all, but I haven't used any of my sick days yet, and it's already May,"

" Hey you don't want to miss your days as a junior in high school do you?" He replied smiling softly " you only have a few weeks of school left anyway"

" Thats exactly my point," She mumbled from underneith her pillow " just let me miss this one day, and I swear I will go back Monday." Sebastien grabbed the pillow from her revieling a very tired face, whos eyes could barely get to be open. Sebastien just smiled down at her daughter " dad please? I'm so tired" She pleaded as she looked behind her seeing her father smiling.

" Well, you do look tired," Sebastien chuckled as he was trying to search for her beautiful blues

"Yes! Thank you daddy!" Katie smiled as she grabbed the pillow from Sebastien's arm and rested her head on top of it, excited to know that she wasn't going to go to school, or so she thought.

" Now lets not jump to conclusions," Sebastien grabbed the pillow from underneith her head once more. Katie groaned, not wanting to get up, she didn't understand why she couldn't play "hooky" just once. She hadn't missed a day of school since her freshmen year of highschool. " You need to go to school Katie," Sebastien continued.

" I know dad," Katie made herself sit up to be face to face with her father. She pulled a stran of brown hair from her face, behind her ear." but has it ever occured to you that I can skip one day, and still have good grades." Dad I'm so tired," She pleaded, she was indeed tired, she needed her father to believe her

" Honey, you know education is important," He carassed her soft cheek

" I know," She looked down at the bed feeling a little guilty

" Why are you so tired anyhow?" Sebastien asked softly

" My project." Katie replied looking at him

" The one that is due Monday?" Sebastien laughed

"Yes, I wanted to get it done before the weekend so I wouldn't have homework," She chuckled back. Sebastien looked at his daughter, it seemed that he could trust her enough, as hard as she did to work on the project. I guess it woudn't be that big of a deal for her to scip one school day, after all, she is a teenager.

" Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?" Sebastien caressed her cheek once more smiling. " you look just like your mother," Sebastien beemed at her. Katie could feel herself blush

" Yes, you." She giggled as she looked away not wanting her dad to know she was a little embarassed.

" Okay, I will let you skip this one day," Sebastien gave in. Katie's face lighted up when she heard the news, she actually will be able to get some sleep and maybe hang out with her father after he gets off work. " but, I want you to sleep, since you say you're that tired," he scoffed

" Don't worry about that!" Katie smiled as she layed back onto her pillow pulling herself in the position she was in before when she was sleeping.

" Okay Katie bugs," Sebastien smiled sitting up from the bed " dad has to go to work now," He leaned down and kissed her cheek. Katie smiled when he did so, she loved him so much and didn't know what she would do without him. " I love you," He whispered as he smiled

" I love you too daddy," She smiled back at him before Sebastien dissapered behind the door.

Sebastien smiled as he walked down the hallway knowing that he had made his daughter happy. He loved nothing more than to see her smile, it warmed his heart. " She is a smitten image of her mother," Sebastien thought to himself as he grabbed his keys from the counter top and headed out the door.

When Sebastien got married, he felt like he was the happiest man alive. When he found out he was having a baby girl, he felt like he was on top of the world. He never knew that his wife would ever leave him, she was so perfect in his opinion. The type of wife who would go out of her way to help people, clean the house, take care of the baby, take care of her husband, and not sweat a drop. She even looked great doing chores, or simply doing the dishes: long, shiny red hair, brushed in its place, with green eyes, creamy soft skin. She was perfect for Sebastien, he felt unstoppable during those years, and he never wanted those moments to end. But, it did break his heart the day he found out his wife was cheating on him with another married man. The day he came home and seeing something very unexpected changed his life, even though they had been caught, Sebastien seemed to take it very well. As bad it broke his heart, and as bad him not wanting to, he told her to leave and that he was going to keep there 5 year old daughter at the time. Unfortunatly she was willing to leave, and her and the married man went there ways, leaving Sebastien heart broken and depressed. It hurt him even more, knowing that he still could remember that day as if it just happened to him yesterday.

" What are you doing?" She shut the bedroom door behind her.

" I'm packing for you." Sebastien replied quietly, not daring to make eye contact with her. He continued to pull the clothes out from the closet, and stacking them in the suitcase, not caring if they get wrinkled or not.

" Can we talk about this?" She wrapped the bed sheet around her bare body tighter

" There is no need." Sebastien replied, still calm, and still not making eye contact. " We don't need to talk, when you already had given me a show."

" Sebastien you're being rediculous!" She reached for his arm

" Don't you dare, touch me ever!" Sebastien pulled away, his voice raised a little. He continued to walk over to the closet.

" Babe, if we just talk about this we can work this out." She sat on the bed, waiting for him to look at her.

" You don't seem very convincing with that bed sheet on you." He chuckled sarcastically, taking the shirts off the hangers.

" If you can look at me for one second, then maybe I will explain it to you!" Her voice rose, irritated at Sebastien's remark

" What do you want from me, Celia?" Sebatien finally looked at her, his eyes raging with anger and hurt, he was now irritated more than ever. " You want to talk?!"

" Yes, I do! I believe we should!" She could feel the back of her eyes stinging with tears. She blinked them away. " We can solve things better that way!"

" I'm sorry, Celia, I don't have the time and energy." Sebastien shook his head, placing the clothes in the suit case.

" You have all the time in the world!" She stood up holding the sheet tightly, grabbing her clothes from the suit case. " Talk to me!"

" I can't Celia, I can't right now." He replied sadly, lowering his head to the floor. His heart had officially broken, and there wasn't any left for her, not anymore.

" And why not?!" Celia shouted

" Because I want you to get the hell out of my house!!" Sebastien yelled, finally releasing his anger, and finally making eye contanct.

" What are you saying?" Celia asked, her masacara running down her cheeks from her tears.

" I'm saying I don't want to ever see you again!" He looked at her, he didn't care what he said to her, or how she reacted. She did this to him, not the other way around.

" I don't care where you go, I don't care what you do, I want you to take your s**t, and get the hell out of my house!!"

" Don't do this." Celia pleaded tearfully as she grabbed for his arm again. Sebastien just looked down at her hand, letting it rest on him.

" It's been done, Celia." He shook his head, as he slowly turned away from her. " You should get dressed, before you go." He replied quietly walking towards the window.

" What about Katie?" She asked as she quickly pulled on some pants and a sleevless. She knew Sebastien meant what he said, and there was no use fighting him.

" I will be taking custody." Sebastien replied firmly, not looking away from the rain that was pouring down outside." I would hate for my daughter to got down the same path as her own mother." Another tear streamed down Celia's face as she heard the words escape into the room. It hurt her, and hurt her to know that Sebastien didn't want anything to do with her.

" Okay, Seb." She replied sadly picking up her suitcase, regretfully. " I want you to know that I still love you, no matter what happeneds."

" No.... you don't, Celia." Sebastien finally turned to look at her, his arms crossed. " You love Mark. Or else why would you sleep with him?"

Celia didn't reply, Sebastien was right, and she had no other choice but to accept of what was coming out of his mouth.

" I think it's best that you leave now." Sebastien replied, after Celia didn't say anything. " I have to pick up Katie from her grandmothers house in a little while." Sebastien then turned back around to look out the window again. Celia nodded as she made her way to the door, with her suitcase in hand.

" I'm sorry you had to find out this way, Seb." Celia looked back at him, hoping to recieve a response. Sebastien continued to look out the window, hoping for her to leave with Mark, and out of his life. " Can I have a one last look from your beautiful green eyes, before I leave?" She asked opening the door. Sebastien didn't respond, as he stood there waiting, he finally heard the sound of of the door closing lightly.

He turned around to look for sure to see if she was gone, once it was confirmed, it was in that exact spot that he calapsed on the floor, tears running down his face.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Two   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:26 am

Alex woke to the same morning, the bright sun light piercing its way through her curtains. She yawned and strectched before looking at the alarm clock reading 8:30. She squinted as she traced her eyes toward the curtians, and quickly turned away. She ran her hand through her long brown hair as she tried to adjust to the day that was coming to her. Her nose tingled as she could sense something smelling good, coming from the kitchen. She swung her legs lazily over the bed and pulled one her jama bottoms and tank. She walked into the good smelling room, she tried to focus on the figure in front of her, but sleep was still drawn in her eyes.

" Hey, sis!" A mans voice was heard.

" Hey Urs." She smiled as she sat down at the kitchen table. " What are you doing up so early?"

" Well, I got up early for work and I thought that I might make you some breakfast since you were up." Urs smiled as he sat a platefull of pancakes in the middle of the table.

" That was nice of you, but you didn't have to do that." She looked up at his warm hazel eyes.

" It's not much compared to what you have done for me." Urs pulled a loose strand of hair behind his ear as he sat down opposite of Alex.

" That's what sisters are here for." She dabbed a fork into the plate filled pancakes. " You were having some financial problems, and no one else would help you when you
needed a place to stay."

" Thanks for reminding me." Urs rolled his eyes as he buttered his pancake.

" So that's when I came in." She smiled feeling very proud of herself.

" And thank you." Urs added as he poured himself a glass of orange juice. Alex lifted up her glass for Urs to do the same. "You are so lucky you get to have today off." Urs changed the subject.

" Well, I have to stay here for the guy who is going to come and fix my air conditoner." Alex replied buttering her pancake.

" Oh, yeah." Urs poured syrup on top of his food. " You told me that yesterday."

" Plus I need to take some floweres up to Brian's grave today." Alex replied sadly taking a sip of her juice.

" Has it been two years already?" Urs asked trying to be carefull with Alex, knowing how sensitive she is. Alex nodded slowly as she played with her fork into the pancake.

" Do you want me to go with you?" Urs asked looking at her.

" No I'm fine." Alex replied saddly looking up at her brother " I think it's best if I went alone anyways."

" Well, if you need anything you let me know." He smiled at her trying to get her to feel happier. Alex gave a weak smile back.

" Thanks Urs."

" Are you excited for Cyd's wedding tomorrow?" Urs quickly changed the subject. He didn't want Alex to be down today, all from that certain subject.

" Yes." Alex took a sip of her juice sounding happier. Glad that Urs found something better to talk about. "Carlos is a good man."

" Yes he is indeed." Urs smiled

Cyd was Alexandria's very best friend since high school. Cyd was looking for love and she didn't know where to look or where to start. Luckily Carlos was a good friend of Urs' and Urs thought it would be a good idea since Carlos was looking for the same thing.

Cyd had to admit that she didn't think much about Carlos the first day she met him, of course he was handsome. dark, short hair, honey brown eyes, tall spaniard from Spain. But when Carlos saw Cyd for the first time, he couldn't help but stare at her, she was so beautiful. Carlos longed to look into her green eyes for hours, and caught himself wanting to reach out and touch her long, wavy, dark hair. He never knew someone as beautiful as Cyd, would have any interest in him. Cyd and Carlos then dated for 8 months then before they knew it they were engaged. They both knew what they wanted, family and to be with eachother, and figured that engagement was perfect.

" And it's all thanks to you." Alex smiled holding up her glass.

" Well, I just though it would be worth it, considering they were both single at the time." Urs replied clinking his glass with Alex's.

" Well, you did a good thing." Alex took a bite of her pancake.

" Sorry sis' but I have to go." Urs replied looking at his watch standing up.

" Oh so soon." Alex looked at Urs, trying to hide her dissapointment in her voice.

" Yeah people need me over there." Urs placed the dishes in the sink. " Unlike some people."

Alex just shook her head and continued to eat her breakfast. Urs gave a kiss on Alex's forehead.

" I will see you afterwards."

" Bye." Alex said as Urs walked out the door.

As the sound of the door being shut was heard, Alex couldn't help but think about Brian again. She knew it had been two years, but he was the love of her life. A single tear started to stream down her face as she thought back to that very night. She didn't know why she was crying like this especially since it's been two years.

She whiped the tear away from her colored cheek as she sat up to put her dish away in the sink. She placed her palms on the side of the sink and knelt her head down, why was she so depressed after all this time? Despite the fact that her mother was not very supportive, Urs and her friends treated her well, why did her thoughts always trace back to Brian? Tears stang the back of her eyes once more as she thought more and more about that day.

After a few minutes of silence, she decided to make herself get into the shower, the guy was coming over to fix her air conditioner in a few hours, she thought she needed a few extra hours to fix herself up anyways.

She stepped into the shower, letting all the warmth of the water sink into her as she closed her eyes tightly. She pressed her palms against the walls of the shower, letting the water trickle down, and making it self down into the tub. She closed her eyes tightly as she tried to forget Brian for today, but it was no use, he was still there.

She sighed, she didn't know how long this depression was going to last, it was something she wasn't liking, and it wasn't her favorite habits. She placed the shampoo in her hand, she had to get these thoughts out of her mind. As she scrubbed the cleaner in her hair, she closed her eyes tightly as Brian entered her mind and the good times they had with eachother. A single tear streamed down her face, she missed him so much, why did he have to go? She then smiled and chuckled to herself as she thought back to their honeymoon.

" Where do you think you are going?" Brian smiled

" I just needed to grab the remote."

" No we are not watching tv, today." Brain placed his arms around her and pulled back down into him.

" I thought that's what you wanted." Alex raised an eyebrow, confused and weirded out that her husband didn't want to watch television, he always did.

" The only thing I'm wanting," He placed his index finger and thumb on Alex's chin, raising it up to him. " is you." He then placed his lips over hers, teasing her bottom lip with her tounge, wanting entry, for which Alex accepted.

" Are you okay Brian? You're not yourself." Alex asked after breaking from the kiss, looking at him confused.

" Of course I am." Brian smiled at her, almost in disbalieve of what he was hearing from her. " Don't you beleive me?" He wrapped his arms around her tighter.

" It's not that I don't beleive you, it's just that.... okay I don't believe you." Alex giggled

" Well, it's our honeymoon. I would like to spend as much time as we possibly can." He smiled wickedly at her, playing with her bottom lip with his finger.

" Oh so that's what you're after." Alex rolled her eyes, responding to the wicked glint in Brian's eyes.

" Well, of course other things, but it's on my list." Brian nodded casually

" Sorry, I have a headache." Alex responded childly as she rolled over to her side on the bed, facing away from Brian.

" Well, I have a great cure for headaches." Brian pulled her to her back and layed on top of her.

" Ah! Brian!" Alex giggled as she felt the force of Brain's hand on her arm, pulling her on her back. She looked up at Brian and smiled as he layed on top of her, she was the happiest woman in the world. Brian looked at her as she continued to smile at him, he felt hypnotized by her smile and her eyes.

" You are so beautiful." He smiled down at her as he pulled a stray strand of hair away from her face. Alex could feel her face start to blush as Brian continued to look in her eyes.

" I love you, Brian." Alex replied quietly, not knowing what to say from his comment.

" I love you." Brian replied as he dipped his head to her neck. Alex smiled as he gave her kissed on her neck, nipping at it. She then giggled as the wiskers on his chin began to tickle her skin.

" And what is just so funny?" He whispered in her ear. Alex shivered as she could feel his hot breath hitting against her lobe, also causing her skin to create goose bumps.

" You just make me laugh." She whispered back in his ear, smiling, as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

Alex stepped out of the shower, wrapping a towel around her. She wipped the fog off the mirror, and looked at her reflection. She didn't know when she was going to be able to date again. She knew she had let herself go a little, ever since that day she found out about Brian. She put a little weight on, and didn't do her hair very much, and also applied little makeup. Even though her physical didn't bother her too much, she knew she could fix herself up, she wasn't sure if her mind was ready to be in a relationship yet. Even if she was, who would be interested? Alex never thought she would be able to find another person, not since Brian.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Three   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:28 am

Sebastien dreaded going to work, he never thought that he would be doing this sourt of career. What he realy loved was to sing, and write songs, it was his enjoyment. Even though he never had any schooling, nor training, he had always felt he could do something with his singing and writing. Every chance he get, whether it would be free time or just sitting around the house, he would write his own songs, and hoping someday he would have his own career. He was hoping someday he would be able to live the dream and sing for millions of people. But on the bright side, he was a wedding singer as a job side, and that was probably the highlight of his working days. Seeing people dance while he sang, made him happy. And seeing people singing along to the words which he would be singing, made him happy as well.

Sebastien placed himself in the car, and put the keys in the ignition. He glanced at his relflection in the mirror. "One day Sebastien, one day you will live your dream." He told himself. He was determined and was hoping that his dream would come true, hoping and praying that it would happen.

Sebastien stepped out of his car and looked at the same old, white bricked building he had to face everyday. He sighed once more as he shut the car door behind him, and entered the building.

" Okay Henry, where do I have to go today?" Sebastien asked his boss as he continued to walk towards him at the desk.

" Let me look Sebastien." Henry replied pulling paper our from a folder. He then looked up at Sebastien, noticing his frown. "You don't look so good Seb, are you okay?"

Henry liked Sebastien, so much that they were good friends. He enjoyed Sebastien's behavior, and how nice he was to everyone around him. When the day Henry found out about Celia, he was just devistated. He could't believe someone would do something so cruel to a man who had done nothing but show love and care for the women he loved so much. He cared for Sebastien, and hated to see him hurt. And despite the fact of Sebastien saying the opposite of what he was realy feeling, Henry had always truly known what he was Sebastien was feeling.

" Yeah, I'm fine." Sebastien sighed. " Just a little tired is all." He lied as he folded his arms and leaned against Henry's desk. Of course he was still thinking about his ex, not a day had gone by that he didn't think about her, and what she had done to him.

" Uh huh." Henry replied not believing him one bit. " Did you have any thought about her today?" Henry asked not looking up from the folder, he always seemed to know what Sebastien was thinking.

" Just a little." Sebastien admitted, shocked to know how well his boss knows him. His green eyes softened as his thoughts began to trace back to her once more.

" Yeah I can tell by the look in your eyes." Henry glanced up at him. Sebastien just looked back at Henry.

" I'm sorry I'm confused." He replied. " What do you mean?"

" Basically Seb, you need to get over her." Henry placed the folder on the desk. " I know it has been a while, and I know it's very hard to forget these sourt of things, but, she's not worth it."

" I know." Sebastien took his gaze away from his boss', embarassed at the fact that he is still upset after all these years.

" No need to feel guilty Sebastien," Henry wrapped his arm around Sebastien's shoulder. " It's understandable, but I may suggest is that you start dating again."

" I know." Sebastien admitted. " But it's very hard to get over when you have a daughter who's a spitten image of her, aside the fact of the darker hair."

" Well, Seb I hope you can do something about it." Henry patted his back, giving Sebastien a friendly smile hoping for one in return, in which he did receive.

" Anyway, back to business." Sebastien changed the subject. He realy didn't want to talk about her anymore. " Where am I going today?" He looked down at the paper his boss was holding, eager just to get the day over with.

" Well let's see." His boss held up the paper for both of them to look at. "First you will be headed to Julias on Cherrie road, 3rd house down." His boss pointed to the names with a pen as he continued to go down the list as Sebastien followed " Then your last stop will be a Miss. Alexandria Buhler, which is on Wagner St. And she is the first house on the right." Sebastien nodded as he continued to look at the list.

" Not so much today." Sebastien replied as he ran his hand through his thick dark hair. " Only 5 houses"

Cyd yawned and stretched cat like as she rolled over and rested her head on top of Carlos' chest. She looked up at him to see he was still sleeping. She sighed deeply as she smiled, she was the happiest women on earth. She was going to be married to the man of her life tomorrow, and most importantly they loved eachother very much.

She placed her hand on top of his bare belly as she continued to rest her head against him. She felt his chest move up and down during his breathing, and before she knew it she felt Carlos beginning to wake up. She looked up at him and smiled.

" Good morning querida." He stretched looking at his fiance. "And how is my bride to be doing?" He asked as he pressed his lips against hers.

" Good." She sighed deeply after they broke apart. " Actually, I'm very good." She giggled.

" Oh, and why might that be?" He smiled down at her. " Is it because your laying next to the most handsome man in the whole world?"

" I guess." She rolled her eyes, giggling once more. " Your way to modest Carlos."

" I'm not modest, just look at me!" He smiled. " I'm irrisistable!"

" Back off girls he's mine!" She scoffed as she began to sit up.

" And where do you think your going?" Carlos laughed as he pulled Cyd back down to him.

" Carlos!!" Cyd laughed as she felt the force of Carlos' arms wrap around her. " I was just going to get us some breakfast, so we can have it in bed for a change."

" That's okay querida. I have other thoughts for breakfast in mind." He snickered as he wrestled her underneith him, pressing his hands ontop of her wrists.

" Oh Carlos! Is that all you can think of?" Cyd asked as Carlos pinned her down with his arms.

" What do you think?" Carlos snickered as he began to kiss the base of her neck, leaving tingling sensations all over her body.

Cyd smiled as the hairs on his chin began to tickle her soft skin, she loved how his skin felt against hers. She sighed deeply as Carlos continued to send the electric sensation all over her.

" Te amo mucho." Carlos whispered in her ear.

Katie walked into the kitchen and thought it would be good to make herself some breakfast. After her 3 and a half hours of sleeping in, she had never felt more rested. She looked into the fridge and found that there was no pancake mix, nor eggs, or bacon. She shook her head in the thought of her dad, how could he have forgotten to pick them up groceries. Katie thought it would be best to eat cereal anyways, and save herself the time. Just as she was about to pour herself a bowl full, her cell phone was heard.

"Now who could be calling me at this time of the day?" She thought to herself. She pulled her phone out from her pajama bottom pocket.

" Well speaking of the devil !" Katie chuckled as she flipped her phone open.

" Why? Were you talking about me?"

" Dad, we need some groceries." Katie replied as she pulled a strand of long brown hair behind her ear.

" I know sweety, I forgot yesterday." Sebastien replied. " How about we go get some today after work?"

" Sure that sounds good." Katie stretched as she tried to get a box of cereal from the top shelf. " What did you need? Since you called me first?"

" I was checking to make sure you were okay." Sebastien replied.

" Yeah, everything is fine." She stretched again, and yet made a cereal box fall on the floor after her attempt " Damn it!"

" What happened? Are you okay? And whats with the cursing?" Sebastien asked voiced sounding concerned.

" Yeah, I just dropped a box of cereal." Katie replied irritatedly. " And sorry dad, but I get the cursing from you. " Katie felt her face color at her last comment. She knew that one of these days her cursing would slip from her tounge.

" Oh, come on! I'm not that bad." Sebastien smiled.

" Like a salor dad! Trust me!" Katie giggled, it was the truth. Everytime her dad would make a mistake, whether it was burning his finger, stubbing his toe, or dropping a cereal box, he would bet the one to through in a few birdies in the air.

Katie placed the phone between her shoulder and ear as she picked up the contents that had been spilled.

" You know your the only tall one in this house right?" Katie giggled.

" You're tall sweetheart." Sebastien replied smiling.

" Dad I'm 5 foot 6, not 6 foot 2," Katie replied as she threw the cereal crumbs away in the trash.

" Okay honey, I have to go." Sebastien laughed at her comment. " I have a few more houses to go and I will be home."

" Okay daddy." Katie smiled as she grabbed the phone from her shoulder.

" I love you Katie." Sebastien responded gently.

" Love you too." Katie smiled, she always loved to hear those words escape from his lips.

Katie flipped her mobile shut as she picked up the box from the floor. " When is he going to get another job?" Katie thought to herself. Katie was not at all ashamed of her fathers job, she just knew that he could do so much better than that. She had always heard him sing, and she absolutly loved his voice, she was hoping that he would be able to use it someday rather than himself and her.

She wanted him so much to be happy, and she knew he could never be again thanks to her mom. Katie knew what her mom had done, Sebastien told her when she was old enough to understand, and she was indeed ashamed of her. She had always blamed her mom for his sadness, and his depression. She wanted so bad for her dad to be happy, but it seemed he never would be again.

* * * * *
" I know honey but give it some time, you will be happy again just like you were before." Cyd replied on the other end of the phone. " You just need alot of rest, and just some time."

" Your right Cyd." Alex sighed. " I just don't know why I can't stop thinking about him. No matter where I go, I always think of him."

" Well, honey, you husband died." Cyd replied her voice saddned. " And not in the best of way. It's understandable."

" Thanks for reminding me." Alex chuckled.

" You know what I mean." Cyd rolled her eyes.

" Yeah, don't worry I do." Alex replied, a knock on the door was heard before Alex could say anymore. " I got to go Cyd, I think that's the air conditioner guy."

" Okay take care of yourself hun." Cyd replied.

" Thanks Cyd." Alex shut her mobile phone as they said there goodbyes.

She quickly fluffened her hair up and straightend out her shirt as she made herself towards the door. She was hoping to get this day over with, granted she needed an air conditioner before the weather reached an even hotter temperature, she just didn't feel like seeing anyone right now.

Alex could feel her lungs tightened in her chest, as she opened the door. Her eyes were eaten alive by the most gorgeous green eyes she had ever seen. She could feel her jaw almost drop down to the floor as the gorgeous eyes had made contact with hers.

" Hello are you Miss. Buhler?" The french accented man asked.

" Yes. " She finaly got herself to say.

" Hi, I'm Sebastien Izambard." He smiled reaching his hand out towards her. " I'm here on account of your air conditioner."

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Four   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:29 am

" Oh yes, of course." She smiled shaking his hand. She had to shake her head back to reality, she was becoming hypnotized by him. " Please come on in."

" Thank you." Sebastien smiled as he stepped inside.

" It's just right down this way." Alex replied after shutting the door behind him.

She led him past the kitchen into the laundry room where the big ugly conditioner was sitting located in the window frame.

" Okay, so why don't you tell me what the problem is." Sebastien smiled, crossing his arms as they stopped infront of it.

" Well Mr. Izambard did you say?"

" Yes, cherie."

Alex could feel herself losing words once he said that. It was obvious that he was french by the accent. She just couldn't believe what her eyes were feasting on, he was so handsome.

" Well, it just doesn't work any more." She finaly said, glancing at the ugly thing sticking out of her window. " I went to go turn it on the other day and it wouldn't do anything. I'm actually wondering if I need a knew one." Sebastien nodded as he continued to listen to her.

" Well lets have a look shall we?" He bent down to examine the big, bulky thing.

Alex watched as Sebastien continued to examine her air conditioner, and she noticed that his white t shirt sleeve was rubbing against his arm, making him look very lean and built. She shook herself out from staring at him, what was she doing? She didn't bring a man out here to check him out, she brought him out here to help her.

" Hmmm, that does seem a little odd." Sebastien replied as he continued to examine it. " There is no sighns of anything being broken or any fuses burnt."

Alex caught herself looking at him again, she couldn't help it, his faded black jeans growing tight around his bum as he bent down. Why was she doing this? She never had done this before, not even with any attractive man such as Sebastien. There was something about him, that just made her like him. She bit her lip, as she continued to look at him.

" I actually think the conditioner is way to old." Sebastien turned to look at her. " I think your actually going to have to get a new one."

" Realy?" Alex quickly looked at him, she didn't want to be caught checking him out. " I was afraid of that."

" Well, I think it would be for the best." Sebastien replied nicely. " By the looks of it, it looks like you've had for quite sometime."

" Yes, I have actually." Alex chuckled looking at the conditioner.

Sebastien looked at Alex, why did she looked so sad? There was something about her that was calling to him, he had no idea what it was. Maybe it was she was nice to him, but he had only been in her home for a couple of minutes. Maybe it was because she had beautiful blue eyes, and was unable to take his eyes off of them. But there was something in her eyes that kept hitting him, they looked sad for some reason. She would be smiling, but her eyes were telling him a different story.

" If you want I could give you some examples of a good air conditioner, and what to look for." Sebastien ran his hand through his hair. " You know, so you won't get ripped off by the other companies."

" That would be great." Alex smiled at him, her eyes meeting his.

" Would you like something to drink?" Alex asked breaking the comfortable silence between them. " I would be glad to get you something."

" Sure, that would be great." Sebastien smiled kindly, his eyes warm looking at her.

Alex then led Sebastien into the kitchen where she offered him to sit down at the table. Why was she offering him a drink? Is that normal to ask the guy who was fixing your air conditioner for a drink?

" I have coffee, juice, soda." She replied looking in the fridge. Sebastien then noticed she had some wine sitting in the rack next to her.

" Actually if you don't mind, I'm actually in the mood for some wine." He replied, not knowing what her reaction would be.

" That will be fine." She smiled looking back at him before turning to the wines. "Anything for a man who is willing to help me."

" Your very kind." Sebastien smiled. " So it's Alex right?"

" Yes." Alex smiled pouring wine in the glasses.

" Is that short for Alexandra?" Sebastien asked.

" No, there is an 'i' between the 'r' and 'a'." Alex replied, almost irritatedly.

" Oh, my mistake." Sebastien frowned slightly.

" That's okay." Alex smiled noticing his frown. " Everyone makes that mistake."

" Well, it's a very beautiful name." Sebastien smiled looking into her blue eyes.

Alex felt her cheeks color as she smiled shyly. She glanced down at the table, trying to avoid more embarrasment.

" Now, what did you have in mind for the air conditioners?" Alex asked as she handed him the wine filled glass. She took a seat next to him taking a sip of her wine.

" Well, the good places I know around here." He looked at her, he then continued to tell her the secrets in good air conditioning and what to look for.

As Sebastien was explaining to her, she couldn't help but notice how handsome he was. His soft green eyes looking into her what seemed to be her soul as he continued to look at her as he talked. She didn't know how he did it, but this man, everytime he looked at her, seemed to be looking inside of her and into her soul and heart. This man was so nice, and she was hoping that he was more than just pretty face.

" Thank you for the wine by the way." Sebastien's voice reached through Alex's head finally. " I hate asking for it, but, when it's red, I can't resist." He smiled as he took the last sip of his drink.

" Yes, I love red wine." She circled the top of her glass with her index finger. " It's one of my favorites."

" Well, thank you." Sebastien stood up. " I have to be heading out now, but if you have any questions, here is my card." Sebastien handed her a small white card from his back pocket. Alex reached out and took it. " My number is on there, just feel free to ring if you still have problems."

" Let me lead you to the door. " She replied in respond of Sebastien standing.

" Thank you very much for all your help today." She smiled as she opened the door.

" No problem cherie, just keep my card in mind." he winked.

" Oh, I will." She winked back playfully.

" Have a good day." He smiled as he walked down the hall. Suddenly Alex remembered something.

" Wait!" She shouted stopping Sebastien in his tracks. Maybe she was going to ask him out. " My bill, I need my bill" Sebastien's features saddened a little, knowing that she wasn't at all interested in him.

" How about we let this one be on me, there was nothing to fix, therefore, nothing to bill." He smiled looking up at her.

" Well, that is very nice of you." She smiled, ' what a nice gentlemen' she thought to himself. " Thank you very much."

" No problem cherie." He smiled rubbing his hand through his hair once more. He then turned around and headed back to his vehicle, wondering if that would be the last time that he would see her.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Five   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:31 am

Alex shut the door behind her and glanced out the window as she watched him drive off. "Boy, was he something else!" She thought to herself. She went back into the kitchen taking her wine glass, and filling it up once more. She couldn't stop thinking about him, and she couldn't figure out why. Was this because he was so nice to her? Or was it simply because his eyes were so open and deep into the soul? She sipped her wine as she continued to think about him. As she was thinking, she was hoping and praying that it woudn't be the last time she saw him.

Her thoughts then drifted back to Brian again. She wasn't sure how she was supposed to feel towards other men. It only been 2 years since the day, if she were to date again, would it be too soon? Alex was confused, she wasn't sure if she was aloud after only 2 years. Was it realy too soon?

* * * * *
" Okay, alright that sound great." Cyd replied talking to her brother on the phone. " Okay, I will see you in a little bit, bye."

" Who was that querida?" Carlos asked as he walked into the bedroom.

" That was David, he's going to take us out for lunch." Cyd replied opening her closet.

" Realy? I was hoping that we could do something else." Carlos wiggled his eyebrows as he wrapped his arms around Cyd.

" Um excuse me, you already had your fun." Cyd snickered patting him on the face, " Now it's my turn."

" But, I was just hoping that it would be the two of us today." Carlos replied, his voice saddened.

" It's just for today Carlos." Cyd replied pulling out outfits and examining them. She then turned around to look at him " How about this, if you come with me today, we can do whatever you feel when we get back home."

" Hmmm, realy?" Carlos smiled widely, " Anything?" He then pulled her closer to him.

" Well, almost." She giggled, her words were covered with Carlos' lips on hers. She dropped the outfits on the floor she was holding and ran her hands through his hair. Not wanting to let go from the electric sensation that was going through her body and mind.

" Okay, we have to hury and get ready." Cyd replied quickly breaking from his kiss. " David will be here in a few minutes."

" You torture me women." Carlos chuckled sadly.

" I'm sorry honey, but we have to get ready." Cyd replied scurring through the outfits hanging in the closet.

" Your brother scares me sometimes you know." Carlos replied putting on a fresh pair of pants.

" Why? 'Cause he's tall?" Cyd asked bringing the outfit she picked out towards the bed.

" Yeah, pretty much." Carlos replied zipping up his zipper.

" Don't worry about it querido." Cyd replied pulling her dress on. " He's just like a big teddy bear. He has alot of heart, he's not made of stone."

" I'm not worried about that." Carlos replied helping Cyd zipping up the back of her dress. " I'm just afraid he won't except me as a brother - in - law."

" Don't be so silly,Carlos." Cyd replied very sadened at Carlos' concern. " He loves you, and thinks you will be great with me, and will treat me right." She turned to face him after he zipped her up. She wrapped his arms around his neck. " And if he doesn't, I'll make sure he does." She smiled.

" I love the way you talk!" Carlos smiled as he captured Cyd's lips once more.

* * * * *
" Hello Daddy!" Katie said exitedly as Sebastien walked through the door. She ran up to him and gave him a hug.

" Hi sweetheart." He wrapped his arms around Katie returning the hug. " Someone is excited to see me! You haven't hugged me like that since you were 12."

" Well, I'm just glad to see you." Katie smiled. " You know how boring it is when you have the house to yourself? I swear I was going to go nuts!"

" Okay, miss I'm-too-tired-to-go-to-school." Sebastien chuckled as he made his was to his bedroom.

" Hey, this is the only time I have done this!" Katie smiled as she followed her father. "So you can't give me too much crap about this one."

" Okay, okay I won't." Sebastien smiled as he entered the his room, placing his coat on the edge of the bed, and sitting next to it. He gave a big sigh, thinking about his job and how much he hated it.

" Dad, can I ask you something?" Katie asked still standing in the door frame. Sebastien looked up at her.

" Sure honey. Come here and sit." He moved his coat and patted to the spot next to him. " What did you want to ask me?" Sebastien asked as Katie sat next to him.

" Well, I'm not quite sure how to." Katie looked at the hardwood floor not sure how to put what she wanted to ask in words.

" What is it?" Sebastien asked voice sounding concerned.

" Well, I don't meen to ask you this so late, but, why did mom do what she did?" Katie asked still not looking at Sebastien, fear of what his reaction would be, and fear that he would look upset again.

Sebastien sighed as his daughter said those words, it's been something he didn't know himself either, and had always wanted to find the answer.

" Was it because of me?"

Sebastien looked at his daughter quickly, shocked to think that she would think something like that. He cupped her face in his hands, having her look at him

" Absolutly not!" Tears stinging the back of his eyes, hurt that his daughter would think it was her fault. " What your mother did was her, and it was not because of you, it was her own doing!" Sebastien looked at her blues, noticing that they were glissining from the wetness that was building inside of them.
.
" Then why did she do what she did?" Katie asked her tone saddned trying to fight back the tears. "It's something that I have always wanted to know. Why? was it because she was stupid, daddy? Why?"

" Honey, I think people just get bored, and they do things that are wrong." Sebastien replied after letting go of his grip. " People do things wrong and they don't want to be blamed for it, so they leave. Why does it hurt you so? You don't even remember her."

" It's not her that hurts me." Katie looked at the floor again.

" Then what does?" Sebastien asked.

Katie didn't want to say it, she knew once she did, she would just start to cry at the reality.

" It's the fact of you being so depressed all the time. It's the fact that sometimes I will see you cry, and it breaks my heart." Katie sobbed as she placed her head in her hands.
Sebastien wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into him, tears streeming down his face, now knowing that she knew the whole time how sad he has been.

"It breaks my heart knowing that I can't make you happ." Katie replied in between sobs. " I just wish I could" Sebastien pulled away from her to look at her.

" You do make me happy sweet heart." He wiped a stray strand of hair from her face. " There just some days she comes to my mind, and it makes me sad thinking about her. But it makes me happy knowing that I still have you, and that you can make me laugh, and smile everytime I see you. You are what I think about when I'm sad so that my day can be better."

Katie felt her face color as her dad complimented her.

" It also makes me happy to know that you love me." Sebastien continued.

Katie just smiled at him, knowing that it was true, and very much so.

" You do love me don't you?" Sebastien asked.

" Yes," Katie replied laughing. " Very much."

"Okay see, that's what I want to see, you smiling for now on." Sebastien smiled back at her.

" You too dad." Katie replied. Sebastien spread open his arms, in which Katie accepted and layed her haid on his chest.

" When tears are in your eyes, I will dry them all . . . " Sebastien began to sing silently as he continued to hold his daughter.

" I love hearing you sing," She replied as she continued to listen to him.

* * * * *
" Alexandria I'm home!" Urs shouted as he entered through the door.

" Hello brother!" Alex replied as she entered the living room and gave him a hug. " How was work?"

" It's was okay, boring as usual." He replied taking off his sunglasses. Urs' eyebrows furrowed as he took the collar of his shirt and fanned himself, realizing that is was quite warm in the house. " So I'm guessing the guy didn't come by?"

" No he did." Alex walked towards the kitchen. smiling to herself as Sebastien's face came to her mind again. " He just suggested that I needed a knew air conditioner, so I have to go buy a new one."

" And that's it? Nothing else?" Urs asked as he sat down at the kitchen table.

" Well he gave me his card." Alex handed it to Urs.

" Sebastien Izambard?" Urs dragged his last name as he read it outloud, holding up the card.

" I think he's french or something from his accent." Alex responded casualy as she put the wine glasses in the sink.

" So how was he?" Urs asked.

" He was a very nice man." Alex responded, sitting across from Urs, trying not to mention the fact that he was handsome " He actually gave me some tips on what to look
for in an air conditioner."

" What did he tell you?" Urs sat up walking towards the fridge.

That's when it occured to Alex, she was so busy thinking about his eyes, and his physicall appearance, she totally spaced out on what Sebastien was saying.

" Oh you know, stuff." Alex responded casualy once more, trying to avoid the fact that she didn't pay attention.

Urs just turned from the fridge and looked at her.

" It was too technicall for me." She said in response of Urs.

" Well, I'm glad he came over, at least now you may get the house a little bit cooler." Urs sat down across from her once more opening a can of soda.

" Yeah, and it won't be probably for a couple of days, with Cyd's wedding tomorrow and all." Alex responded.

" Oh, which reminds me I have to call David realy quick." Urs stood up taking his phone out from his back pocket. "Making sure that I know what I'm doing tomorrow."

" You're the best man! It's pretty simple!" Alex rolled her eyes.

" Easy for you to say! You just have to sit there in the seat." Urs chuckled as he left to go make his phone call.

The Image of Sebastien came to her mind again as Urs left the room. What a sweet gentlemen he was, and how nice he was for her to give her a free 'check up' . She was hoping that someday she would see him again, and maybe they would become friends, or maybe something even more.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Six   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:32 am

Sebastien awoke on the couch with his daughter laying on his chest. He smiled as he realized they both had fallen asleep watching a movie. Sebastien wanted to spend some time with Katie that night, so after they had gone groncerie shopping, he thought it would be a good idea to rent a movie she wanted and eat pizza while they did.
" We must have fallen asleep shortly after." He thought to himself. He smiled as he looked down at his daughter, noticing how peaceful she looked when she slept.

He carefully sat up trying not to wake Katie, he then carefully placed her in his arms and carried her to her room. She stired as he carried her into her bedroom, she automatically wrapped her arms around his neck. Sebastien placed her carefully on the bed, and pulled the covers over her. He sat on the edge of the bed, wiping strands of hair away from her face. He was heading out the door and off to his bed when he heard a sleepy voice.

" Daddy."

" Yeah, sweety?" Sebastien turned around.

" Can I ask you someting?" She asked tiredly.

" Another question?" Sebastien chuckled as he sat at the edge of her bed again. " What is it Katie?" He asked gently.

" Could you sing to me?" She looked at him, her eyes half open. " You know I love to hear you sing."

" What song did you have in mind, honey?" He asked as he moved more hair from her eyes.

" I don't know, anything, just so I can listen to you." She replied sleepy closing her eyes.

Sebastien's heart mealted knowing that Katie didn't care what the song was, just as long as she could listen to him. No one has ever asked him to sing for them, no one except Katie, even when she was 5 years old, she would ask for him to sing to her, but who knows if she remembered or not. He then though of one of her favoirte songs and thought that it would do just fine.

" Take me as I am, put your heart in mine, now and forever....." He began to sing.

Katie smiled slightly hearing the sound of her fathers voice.

As Sebastien finished the song he gave Katie a kiss on the forehead and left quietly, not wanting to wake her.

" I love you dad," Katie said quietly after Sebastien closed her door. She then rolled over to her side and fell happily asleep

Sebastien went into his bedroom and sat on the window frame, his thoughts went back to Alex again as he looked out the window. She was always in his mind now, ever since he got back from work. She was so nice to him, but why did she look so sad? Even though she did smile at him, her eyes were telling him a different story. They were beautiful eyes, no doubt about that, but why did they look depressed? Had she been abused? Had someone hurt her somehow?

A single tear streamed down his face as his thoughts suddenly thought back to his ex, and how badly she hurt him. "How could she do this to me?" He asked himself quietly, now a little angry just at the thought of her. " I gave her everything she wanted: a house, a child, a wealthy income, and what does she give me in return?" He sighed as he looked up at the star lit sky. He knew Katie didn't want him to be sad, but sometimes, he can't help himself.

He then decided that it was best to go to bed, and then maybe he would wake up with better thoughts in his mind. No sooner did he put his head against his pillow, his thoughts went to Alex again, and how sweet she looked when she smiled at him. For her was smiling as he drift off to sleep.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~

" Do you take Cyd to be your wife?"

" I do." Carlos replied smiling at Cyd looking at her eyes. Cyd returned his smile.

" And do you, Cyd, take Carlos to be your husband?"

" I do." Cyd smiled at Carlos. She felt like the happiest woman in the world.

" Well, then by the power vested in me." The pastor replied closing the Bible. " I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride." He nodded towards Carlos.

Carlos smiled at Cyd as he cuped her face in between his hands.

" Are you happy now querida?" He whisperd.

" More, than you will ever know," She smiled. Carlos then bent down, and covered Cyd's soft, full lips with his.

The classic music of the end of the wedding started, and Carlos and Cyd took eachothers hands in happiness as they turned toward the ailse. They walked down the aisle smiling as friends, and relatives clapped in happiness for them. With a few people dabbing their eyes with a napkin for their tears.

Cyd smiled to hereself she felt so happy, she was finally married to the man who she dearly loved. Her body started to shake from all the happiness and excitement, she was never used to it.

" Is something wrong? Why are you shaking?" He asked as they reached the end of the aisle.

" Nothing Carlos I have just never been so happy." She smiled as she looked up at him.

~ later in the day ~

" You make a beautiful bride, Cyd." Alex replied as Cyd sat next to her, holding the end of her dress up with one hand.

" Thank you." She smiled. " It's truly a dream come true for me."

" Well, it should be." Alex gave Cyd a glass filled with wine. " This is the biggest day of your life. Not to mention Carlos is a great guy."

" He is wonderful." She glanced over at Carlos who was talking to other friends and family members out on the dance floor.

" So how have you been?" Cyd asked taking a sip of her wine.

" What do you mean?" Alex asked.

" I mean with you, and just everything that's been going on." Cyd replied patting her best friends knee.

" It's going okay." Alex replied saddly, surprised how her tone sounded.

" Have you met any male friends lately?" Cyd winked.

" No." She shook her head. " Well except for the guy who came over to fix my air conditioner yesterday." A smile started to appear on her face as she thought about Sebastien again.

" Do tell me more." Cyd smiled, eyes widened at the site of the look on Alex's face. " Attractive?"

Alex didn't say anything, but the color in her cheeks said more than she wanted to.

" That good looking huh?" Cyd winked.

" I didn't even noticed." Alex replied trying to avoid embarrasment, chuckling nervously.

" Don't lie!" Cyd slapped her friend lightly on the leg. " Details!"

" There's nothing much to tell other then he was realy nice." Alex smiled as his face came to her mind. " Beautiful green eyes, thick hair-"

" Sounds like you noticed more than you thought." Cyd snickered picking up her wine glass once more.

" Not true, not true." Alex denied, even though she knew Cyd was right, and that she had stared at him longer than she realized. " He was just a real nice gentlemen."

" Realy?" Cyd's eyes widened once more, nice men were Cyd's weekness, and so were Alex's. " And how so?"

" Well, he sourt of didn't bill me." Alex said casually.

" Sounds like he has a thing for you." Cyd smiled evily setting her wine glass down.

" Oh, please." Alex's eyes narrowed now picking up her wine glass. " More like anything but."

" What's his name?" Cyd asked.

Alex was just about to answer when Cyd felt someones hand resting on her shoulder. She turned around and smiled realizing who it was.

" Hi David!" she stood up, and wrapped her arms around her brother.

" Hello Cyd." He wrapped his arms around her in return "You look beautiful." He smiled down at her.

" Thank you." She blushed as she looked down at the floor. " I've been getting that alot lately."

" Hello Alex." David smiled at her.

" Hello David." She smiled back as she looked up at him.

" I'm going to have to steal her for a minute." David looked over at Alex." Carlos wants to see you." He looked down at his sister.

" So soon already?" Cyd asked.

" Is that okay Alex?" David asked smiling over at Alex.

" No problem David." Alex replied. " Take as long as you need."

David soon left with Cyd and Alex was alone.

Alex couldn't help but think of Sebastien again, he was so kind to her. Nice guys don't come around often. She was wondering if she was going to see him again, and if she did, what would she do? Would she go up to him, and act like best friends, or would she just ask him to out? Why did everything seem so complicated to her?

" Okay now, would everyone turn there heads as the bride and groom will have there first dance together as husband and wife." The man over the microphone said as the music to the other song that was playing died down.

Alex looked ahead of her as she noticed Carlos taking Cyd's hand as he they walked towards the middle of the floor. Alex coudn't help but feel jealouse, and what was worse was this emotion was new to her. She coudn't be more happy for Cyd, honestly, but once she did have all this, and it was taken away from her without any hesitation. Why was God torturing her like this? She remembered when Brian and her had their first dance together, and all eyes were on them, it was all too beautiful, and too good to be true. Then it turned out later that it all was too good to be true.

She decided to go to the bathroom and have herself breath a little, so she can look like she was in a better mood. She could tell with the way she was thinking, the looks probably expressing on her face were not very pleasant. She sat up with part of her dress in hand, and made her way to the bathroom. squeezing through other people, and couples. The music started, and the lights dimmed as she made her way

"Oh, my love. . . oh, my darling . . . I hunger for your touch. . . " Alex stopped as she heard the voice over the microphone, it was so beautiful, and smooth. Her curiosity got the best of her as she turned around to see who was the owner of the beautiful male voice she was hearing.

Her eyes grew wide as she turned around and saw who it was. She could not believe what she was seeing, was this real? Her eyes scimmed over him, the lighting making him look irrisistable. His eyes, those very beautiful green eyes looked so gentle as he sang, and he looked like he was born to be up on that stage singng to people.

His eyes traced over the audience, and over the couple as he continued to sing. His eyes finally reached Alex and he was stunned at what he was seeing. It was her, it was realy her. He looked at her as he continued to sing the melody still not believing that she was here. She looked so beautiful, with her long hair hanging down and curled at the ends, with her big blue eyes staring at him. He smiled at her as he sang, hoping that she would return the smile.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Seven   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:33 am

Alex felt her face color as both of them made eye contact, why couldn't she take her eyes off of him? He looked so handsome in his suit and tie, he almost didn't look like the same person. What was she going to do when he stopped singing? Was she going to go up to him, compliment him then ask him out? She didn't want to pull anything stupid on him. She didn't even know if he was in a relationship. She didn't want to say anything dumb to him. She noticed him smiling at her, how nice and warm his smile was! She returned his smile, and gave a nice little hand wave.

Sebastien's heart melted as she smiled back at him, what a nice women she was! He continued to sing, continuing to look at her. Placing his hands on the microphone as he finished the song he made up his mind that he would meet her after the song would end.

Alex knew the song, and knew it was going to end soon. She soon made up her mind and decided that she would be nice, and go and say hello to him after the song was over. She didn't want to be rude and just ignore him.

Alex glanced at Carlos and Cyd as they finsihed their dance. She looked at Cyd's face seeing how broadly she was smiling. Alex had never seen Cyd so happy, and Carlos was the one who was making her that way. Alex was so happy that Urs suggested Carlos and that Carlos and Cyd found eachother. Carlos was a good man, and she knew that he would treat her right. As the song ended, Carlos captured Cyd's lips once more, and everyone clapped.

" Thank you very much." Sebastien replied in the microphone in his french accent, as he took another glance at Alex. She smiled at him once more when she noticed him looking at her. All the claps started to die down as Sebastien stepped off the stage.

Alex's heart started to beat faster as she saw him smiling, walking towards her. Why was she all of a sudden nervouse? He looked so handsome tonight, she wasn't able to take her eyes off of him.

"She looks so beautiful, tonight." Sebastien thought to himself as he walked towards her. His heart started to race a little as he became closer to her. " Whatever you do, don't say anything stupid!" Sebastien told himself.

" Well, how strange is this?" Sebastien smiled at her.

" Small world, I guess." Alex shrugged as she smiled broadly at him.

" Would you mind if I sat beside you the rest of the night?" Sebastien asked raising his hand out towards the table beside them.

" That depends," Alex replied. " Do you have another song to sing?"

" Yes, but thats not until the end of the wedding." Sebastien replied. " We can still have time to talk . . . that is, if you want to."

" No, of course." She smiled as she went and sat in the chair she sat before. Sebastien went and sat next to her. He grabbed a wine bottle and poured some into a glass.

" Red, right?" Sebastien winked, hinting from yesterday.

" Of course." She smiled at him. " You truly know me." She smiled as Sebastien handed her the glass. " Thank you."

" So how have you been?" Sebastien poured wine into another glass.

" I've been good." She lied, realy she hasn't been, but what do you expect her to do. " How have you been?"

" I've been doing okay." Sebastien replied taking a sip of his drink. " Have you found an air conditioner yet?"

" No, not yet." Alex replied. " I've been so busy this weekend and all."

" Well, if you need my help-" Sebastien was soon cut off before he could go on.

" Don't worry." Alex laughed. " I still have your card."

" I'm glad to hear it." Sebastien smiled at her.

He looked into her eyes again, they still were beautiful but yet, they still looked hurt. Sebastien didn't like it, he wanted to make her happy, and have her eyes have a different emotion.

" If you wan't, I could perhaps take you somewhere tomorrow and help you find one." Sebastien replied, wondering what her reaction would be.

Sebastien was hoping she would say yes, maybe this would give him a chance to get to know her, and maybe afterwards, take her out again. That is, if the "date" was a success.

Alex couldn't believe her ears, was he asking her to go somewhere with him? Of course, she knew it wasn't a date, but this would give her a chance to be with him, get to know him, and maybe get to go out with him again. She could feel herself getting excited and yet nervouse at the same time.

" I would like that." She smiled at him.

" Great!" He beamed, relieved that she said yes. " What time should I pick you up?"

" How about 10?" She asked. " Not to early is it?"

" No, it's perfect." He said smiling at her. " Just like you." He thought to himself.

" Hello, Alexandria." A familiar voice was heard. Alex looked up to see who it was.

" Hi, Urs." Alex said.

" Who's your friend?" Urs asked glancing at the man, recognizing him from the stage.

" Oh, Urs, this is Sebastien." Alex replied.

Urs' eyes widened knowing who he was from what Alex told him yesterday.

" Sebastien this is my brother Urs" Alex continued. Sebastien stood up to shake Urs' hand.

" Nice to meet you." Sebastien replied smiling.

" Nice to meet you." Urs smiled back.

" Here you can sit in my seat." Sebastien pulled out his chair for Urs.

" Oh no it's okay." Urs raised his hand in the air. " I just came to say hi, I have to go check on Cyd." He pointed his thumb towards the bride. " It was nice to meet you Sebastien, sorry for the drop in and leave." He chuckled

" Oh, no I understand." Sebastien smiled politely at him.

Alex looked at Sebastien as he pulled his seat out. " I can't believe how nice of gentlemen he is." She thought to himself. " Nice guys like this don't come around very often." She was so impressed by him, they way he looked, they way he acted towards other people. Where did this man come from?

" I will see you afterwards, Alex." Urs looked at her.

" Huh?" Alex looked at him confused, her thoughts gradualy coming back to reality again. " What did you say?"

" I will see you afterwards." Urs repeated chuckling, he knew why she was so distracted.

" Oh, okay." She smiled feeling a little embarrased.

" Urs, is a nice man." Sebastien sat down next to her again. " You have some nice relations with people. You must be a very happy person."

Alex frowned slightly, knowing that wasn't true. She had only wished she was happy again, but knew that it would probably never happen. At least not be the same again.

" What's the matter?" Sebastien asked noticing her frown.

" Oh, nothing." She took her wine glass sipping it avoiding contact with him.

" I'm sorry Alexandria, I won't ask anymore." He looked down at the floor. " But, you can tell me if your comfortable, I won't judge" He looked back up at her.

" Well, Sebastien-" She was soon interupted once again by Carlos arriving. " Can we be left alone sometime in my life?!" She thought to herself.

" Hello Alexandria." Carlos smiled. " I'm sorry to interupt but, they are ready for a second song now." He nodded towards Sebastien.

" Oh, okay." Sebastien looked up at Carlos. " I guess we will talk when I get back." He smiled towards Alex as he stood up. " Can I see you afterwards?"

" Yeah." She smilled at him trying to hide her dissapointment of him leaving. " I will be sitting here, listening." She winked weakly. Sebastien smiled in return as he began to leave with Carlos.

Alex smiled as she stared at his back side, even from behind he still looked handsome.

" Can I sit here, or do you have some stuff on your mind?" Cyd chuckled sitting beside her friend once more.

Alex then took her eyes quickly off of Sebastien who was now walking up the stage.

" Isn't he great?" Cyd looked at his direction.

" Yes, he is a very nice man." Alex pulled a strand of hair behind her ear.

" Do you know him?" Cyd looked at Alex.

" Cyd, he's the one who fixed my air conditioner" Alex confirmed. Cyd's green eyes widened.

" Well, well." Cyd smiled broadly.

" What?" Alex drooped her head to the side looking at Cyd.

" So I was right." Cyd raised her eyebrows taking a sip of her drink.

" And that is?" Alex asked curious.

" That he is good looking." Cyd smiled. " You know Alexandria, it's never to late to date again."

Cyd looked towards the stage where Sebastien was standing behind the microphone. People clapped for him as the lights dimmed and the music started to slowly play. He soon started to sing again, softly and beautifully, with his hands placed gently on the microphone.

" I think he actually likes you." Cyd whispered as both of the ladies continued to look at him.

" What makes you say that?" Alex whispered back.

" Because he keeps on looking at you when he sings." Cyd winked.

Alex realized that she was right, he was looking at her, the hole time, and maybe once and a while look at someone else. But mostly, he was looking at her. Alex gave him a friendly smile as he sang. Sebastien noticed her smile and returned one to her. His eyes ever so soft in his gesture.

" Maybe it's because I'm the only one he knows." Alex whispered leaning into Cyd.

" He knows me." Cyd replied still looking at him. " How come he isn't looking at me?"

" Maybe he didn't want to give Carlos different ideas" Alex laughed.

" Well, my point is, you guys should totally go for it and see what happends." Cyd smiled evily.

" He's taking me somewhere tomorrow." Cyd just looked at her and smiling big. " Nothing like that." Alex chuckled. " He wants to help me find an air conditioner."

" Good, maybe you guys can go further after tomorrow then." Cyd took a sip of her wine again.

" Cyd, I don't think I'm ready to date again." She replied weakly, as much as she hated saying it, it was true she wasn't ready.

" I understand Alex, but I think you should go for it." Cyd replied. " Nice guys like him don't come around often."

" I know Cyd, as much as I want to, I just don't think I'm ready yet." Alex replied saddly.

" Well, I think someone has different ideas." She nodded towards Sebastien.

Alex looked up at him, realizing what Cyd was talking about when she listened to the lyrics as Sebastien smiled at her.

" She will be loved ...... and she will be loved...."

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Eight   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:34 am

Sebastien glanced at the crowd as he continued to sing the melody, he never felt so alive, knowing that there were people watching him, and listening to him. He saw Alex sitting with Cyd, seeing that they were whispering to eachother as they kept on looking at him. What could they possibly be talking about? Were they saying something about him? Or was it just a normal conversation? " Gosh she's beautiful." Sebastien thought to himself as he smiled at her, seeing her smiling at him. " How can a women that beautiful be single and hurt?" He knew she had been hurt by the look in her eyes. The only thing was he wanted to know what it was, what made her be this way? He wanted her to feel loved and he wanted her to be happy.

" Just a couincidence." Alex replied.

" Whatever you have to tell yourself." Cyd smiled drinking her wine.

Just as those words were said the song had ended. The lights had brightend up and the music slowly faded out. Sebastien bowed as people clapped for him. A smile danced across his lips as he continued to bow to the people who were clapping for him. Alex could tell that Sebastien was enjoying the attention and couldn't help but giggle to herself.

" I think he is very good." Cyd said as they both clapped.

" He is." Alex agreed. " I'm wondering if he knows it, or if he used to be a singer."

" Excuse me ladies but do you know who that young fellows name is?" A british accented man asked as the claps started to die down.

" Yeah." Cyd replied, turning her head to face the man behind her. " His name is Sebastien Izambard." She smiled.

" Thank you very much ladies." The man said, smiling. He then soon left leaving the ladies in wonder.

" That was wierd." Alex eyes furrowed hinting at the British accented gentlemen.

" Yeah, I'm wondering what he wants." Cyd replied.

" Who wants who?" Carlos laughed as he sat by Cyd.

" Very funny." Cyd patted him on the knee capturing his lips quickly.

" Hey it was a simple question." Carlos raised his hands in the air, his thick accent making him sound irrisistable towards Cyd.

" Well, I can think of someone." Cyd replied looking at Alex as she grabbed a hold of Carlos' hand. Alex took a glance at the couple before rolling her eyes.

" Ignore her, she doesn't know what she's talking about." Alex looked past Cyd and over at Carlos.

" Realy? So who is it?" Carlos asked Alex.

" Who is what?" Sebastien asked walking behind Carlos.

" Oh, nothing realy." Alex said quickly trying to avoid anyone saying anything more.

Butterflies hit Alex's stomach, Sebastien was close to her, she had never fealt this way before.

Carlos and Cyd just smiled at Alex making her feel awkward, and embarrased.

" I'm sorry did I miss something?" Sebastien asked looking confused noticing Carlos and Cyd smiling at Alex.

" No, nothing important." Alex replied. Still trying to avoid the embarrasment.

She then noticed behind Sebastien that most of the people were walking out the main door. Maybe this was her way out of avoiding embarassment.

" I think I'm going to head out now." She stood up, carefully holding on end of her dress.

" Would you like me to walk you home?" Sebastien asked suddenly realizing her standing up.

" She would like that." Cyd replied looking up at Sebastien as she stood up " Me and Carlos are going to hang here for a little bit, but, I will call you when we get back from our honeymoon." She wrapped her arms around her friend.

" Okay you guys have fun in Spain." Alex hugged her friend, happy to know that she was leaving soon, and out of the embarrasment. " But don't have too much fun" She winked at Carlos.

" Don't worry we will." Carlos winked back as he hugged Alex after Cyd.

Alex and Sebastien soon said goodbye and they left outside together. Sebastien didn't know what he was doing, he soon found both of them outside, together, alone. He was happy and yet nervouse at the same time, what was he going to do now?

The cool air hit Alex's bare shoulders as they walked outside. She shivered as a light breeze started up. Sebastien looked at her and noticed her shake.

" Are you cold?" Sebastien asked.

" A little." She replied looking up at him, in those very beautiful green eyes of his.

" Here take this." He replied taking his jacket off and wrapping it around Alex.

" Thank you very much." She smiled looking in his eyes. " You're such a gentlemen."

" It's no trouble at all." He smiled looking down at her and into her eyes as well. He slightly could feel his face color from Alex's compliment.

Something was different this time, her eyes didn't look as hurt as they did earlier. Was is because she felt like she was important? Or was it just his imagination?

" Would you like to take a taxi or walk?" Sebastien asked looking at Alex.

Alex looked up at him as she thought about it, they were 15 blocks away from her apartment. If she took a cab, she was pretty sure that the ride would be short and probably awkward. If they walked. . . .

" If you don't mind, I would like to walk." She replied casually. " I like enjoying the city." She shrugged, she didn't know what his reaction would be.

" Well after you." He smiled holding his hand out, having her lead the way. She smiled and nodded as they began to walk in the direction she lead.

" So have you always lived in New York?" Sebastien asked trying to avoid any awkward silences, trying to keep the conversation up. He was hoping to learn more about her.

" Yes, born and rased." She smiled up at him. " I never had the heart to leave this state, I love it too much."

Sebastien smiled down at her as he listened to her. She was so cute in the way she talked, and how bright her smile was when it appeared.

" What about you?" She asked looking up at him " I have always noticed the accent but never asked you where you were from."

" I'm from Paris." Sebastien replied.

Alex's eyes lighted up as she heard the words.

" I'm guessing your familiar with it?" Sebastien chuckled noticing her expression.

" I'm sorry." She laughed at herself. " It's just that I've always wanted to go to Paris."

" It's very beautiful." He smiled thinking back to when he used to live there. " The streets, absolutly beautiful."

" Oh, you must miss it there huh?" Alex looked at him, noticing the slight frown acrossed his face.

" Just a little." Sebastien nodded.

" So what made you move away?" Alex asked.

" I couldn't get a decent job there." He replied. " And when I did, it wasn't very good pay. Then I heard from a friend of mine of a job opening here, I thought it was a perfect oppurtunity." He shrugged.

" Well it seems like you're good at your job." Alex replied.

" Thank you." Sebastien smiled at her.

Sebastien thought that this was a perfect oppurtunity, to get to know her, and maybe ask her out after tomorrow if all is a success.

" So what do you do for a living?" He asked.

" I'm a manicurist." She replied her tone saddened a little.

" Does that bother you?" Sebastien asked. " Do you not like your job?"

" It's okay." Alex replied. " It's not my first choice, but, it will do."

" Well, there must be something that you want to do." Sebastien replied.

" Well, to tell you the truth, I've always wanted to be a photographer."

" So why aren't you? If you have a dream you should follow it." Sebastien looked down at her.

" Well, I'm not sure. I guess I never realy put alot of effort into it." She said thinking. " What about you? Have you always wanted to be a person to fix air conditioners?" She chuckled.

" No, not realy." He shook his head. " I actually been wanting to have my own album. " He said carefully not knowing what she would say.

" Well, you're very good at it." She smiled. " Very, very good." She confirmed to herself outloud.

" Thank you." Sebastien smiled, loving hearing that from her. " It's very nice to hear."

" Well, you are Sebastien." She stopped him in the middle of the street, as they looked at eachother. " How come you're not following your dream?"

" I'm trying to make it happen." He looked down at her smiling. " I just don't know why it hasen't" His voice sounding a little dissapointed.

" Well it will." She rubbed his arm trying to comfort him. They began to walk again. " You are very good Sebastien."

" Yes, my daughter thinks so too." He smiled receiving all her compliments.

Alex almost stopped as she tried to figure out what he just said. He has a daughter? She knew it, he wasn't single, he was just wanting to be friends with her after all. Her heart sank as she tried to take the reality in.

" Oh." Was all she could come to say. " You have a daughter?" She replied trying not to sound dissapointed in any way.

" Yes." He replied.

" How old?" She asked.

" Seventeen."

" That's nice. " She smiled weakly. " I have always wanted children."

" How come you don't now?" Sebastien asked.

Alex's heart sank even more as she thought back to her and Brian together. She missed him so, and wanted to have children with him. But just when they made a compromise of having kids together, the biggest thing in her life happened.

She didn't want to talk about it, especially with a married man, like Sebastien. She thanked God as she realized that they were a few feet away from her place.

" Well this is me." She replied looking up at him, trying to avoid his question.

" Oh, of course." He smiled weakly at her.

Why didn't she answer his question? She had all of a sudden changed her tone in voice, and the expressions in her eyes were different too, but why?

" So ten o'clock?" He asked as he watched her go up the stairs.

" Oh, yes." She turned to look down at him " I will be looking forward to it." She smiled weakly once more. She couldn't help it, the man that she might be attracted to and interested in, was taken.

" Alexandria, is there something wrong?" Sebastien asked as he walked up the stairs " Did I do something to upset you?"

He looked into her eyes, there were glicening, filled with tears. Alex looked up at him trying to fight back the tears that were about to stream down her face.

" I'm sorry Sebastien." She replied looking down. " It's just late for me is all."

" Okay sure." He nodded dissapointed wanting to know why she was upset.

Alex looked up at him, with a single tear running down her cheak. Sebastien caressed her face and wiped the tear with his thumb. Alex was mortified, she had no idea there was a tear on her cheek, and she was basically crying infront of him.

" Goodnight, Alexandria." He whispered gently into her ear.

She was shocked how he was taking it so well. His wife is a very lucky women.

Sebastien then leaned in and kissed her on the cheek " I will see you in the morning." He smiled at her. He then walked down the stairs, and waved his hand for a taxi.

She continued to look at him, broken inside, she had no one. And the only time she may go out of her way for another man, he was already taken, she should have known better. Sebastien looked up at her smiling as a taxi pulled up, she smiled back weakly.

Sebastien sat in the taxi as he looked up at Alex one last time, seeing she was walking inside, he told the taxi driver the location. He sat there in silence as his thoughts went to Alex. Why was she so upset? He thought maybe he had said something wrong, but what was it? He felt bad knowing that he had upseted her, and he didn't like seeing her like that. Sebastien looked down at himself as he realized she still had his jacket.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Nine   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:35 am

Alex stepped inside her apartment. She sighed deeply as she leaned against the door after she shut it behind her. She rolled her eyes thinking about her bahavior earlier, she felt so stupid, her crying infront of Sebastien that is.

She made her way into the kitchen to see if she could find anything that could make her feel at ease. " So what if he's married," She said outloud to herself. " There's other fish in the sea."

She opened the cupord and look up to see her favoirte bottle. " Just what I need." She thought to herself. She grabbed herself a glass, and poured some wine into it. She sat down at the kitchen table as she took a sip of her drink, and had her mind on Sebastien. She knew that it wasn't right to be sad about someone already taken, but something about Sebastien made her like him, and want him. Was she in love with him? Or was this just a little crush? Even if she was in love, how was she going to handle it? He was already taken, so there was nothing realy that she could do. A tear streamed down her face as Brian's face came to her mind. She missed him so much, and Alex was tired of being alone.

" Alex, are you home?" Urs asked walking through the door.

" I'm in here, Urs." Alex shouted as she quickly wiped her tear away.

" I was looking for you at the church, I thought you wanted be to give you a ride." Urs wrapped his arms behind Alex.

" Sorry Urs, I guess I forgot." She forced a smile as she lightly patted her hand on his cheek. " You know I don't like riding on the back of motorcycles anyways."

" I know." Urs nodded. " But, It's the least I can do, it's better than nothing."

" That is true." Alex sighed looking down at her wine glass.

" You want to tell me what's up." Urs replied walking around and sitting next to her.

" Nothing." She replied quietly, not making eye contact.

" Don't give me that." Urs smiled, he knew what was going on with Alex. " I know when something is wrong, you won't make eye contact with me."

Alex then looked at Urs from her glass quickly.

" Just tell me what's been going on. And whos jacket that is?"

* * * * *

Sebastien stepped inside and shut the door quietly. By the looks of the lights being off, Katie was in bed, and he didn't want to wake her. He tip toed quietly in the hall as he tried to make it past Katie's room and into his own. He glanced into her moon lite room as he walked past, he noticed that her covers had been kicked off to her feet, and thought he would cover her up before he headed to bed.

He walked in silently in her room, and gently pulled the cover up to her shoulders. She stirred a little and he stopped, making sure he wouldn't wake her. He kissed her at the top of the forehead before he decided to leave the room.

He walked inside the bedroom and decided to sit on the window frame and look up at the stars to try to clear the thoughts that kept running in his head.

* * * * *
" So what could be the problem?" Urs asked. " He could be divorced, Alex."

" That is a possibility." Alex nodded, slightly still not convinced. "But, I just have a strong feeling that he's taken."

" Alex, this man has fixed your air conditioner for free. He tells you what to look for so you won't get ripped off. Keeps you company at the wedding. He's taking you tomorrow to look at air conditioners, and you're telling me that he is involved with someone else?"

" Yeah, that's what I'm saying." Alex chuckled taking a sip of her wine.

" I'm sorry, but, that's impossible." Urs shook his head chuckling.

" Urs have you ever heard of cheaters?" Alex frowned.

" Yes, but he seems way too nice of a gentlmen to do that." Urs shook his head, not believing Alex one bit. " I think you just need to give him a chance, don't judge by what you hear so far. Get to know him more, before you make any more calls."

" You're right Urs." Alex admittted nodding. " Well, I'm going to bed." Alex stood up from the table, feeling very tired. " Feel free to stay up later."

" No, I think I will too." Urs replied standing up from his chair along with Alex. " Goodnight Alex." He kissed her on the cheek.

" Goodnight Urs." Alex kissed Urs on the cheek in return before heading towards her bedroom.

She was still thinking about Sebastien and every detail of him. His eyss, his hair, his cheeky grin, all seemed to good to be true. And unfortunately it was. She was just hoping that tomorrow wont be so bad, and maybe her and him can be friends if they couldn't be more.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Ten   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 12:36 am

Cyd woke to the sound of birds chirping, and the bright sunrise shining through the curtians. Her eyes fealt haevy as she tried to pear them open, but the sun light was still too bright for her. She groaned slightly at the sight of the brightness and closed her eyes tightly.

She and Carlos had already made it to Spain, but, very late in the night. And both of them were exausted. They had arrived at their hotel suit and decided to go straight to bed and figure out what to do the following morning.

She yawned deeply as she rolled over and was stopped by someone laying next to her, causing him to almost fall off the bed.

" Don't push me out of the bed yet, querida." Carlos chuckled sleeply.

Cyd blushed, forgetting that she was married now and she was going to have someone laying next to her.

" Oh, lo siento Carlos." She smiled as Carlos rolled over and wrapped his arms around her. She placed her head on his chest.

" What time is it?" He asked sleeply shuting his eyes.

" 7:30." She replied looking over at the alarm clock " We don't have to get up you know." She smiled up at him, hoping that's what he was wanting.

" That's good to hear." He sighed still with his eyes closed. " 'Cause I was planning on staying in here, and maybe do something later on." He traced his index finger over the side of her belly causing Cyd's skin to create goosbumps.

Cyd just rolled her eyes.

" Of course." She chuckled sarcastically closing her eyes, trying to avoid the subject that was brought up. " I forgot you're Carlos, and it's all you can think about."

" Well, I can't help it, you're so damn sexy!" He squeezed his arms on her.

" Right." She rolled her eyes again. " I'll believe it when I see it."

" Well then, I guess I'll have to." Carlos then grabbed Cyd and placed her under him, pinning his arms against hers so she couldn't escape.

" Carlos do we have to do this now?" She giggled. " I'm tired. Why were'nt you like this last night?"

" We got here very late, querida." He kissed her neck. " Besides, I'm not that tired, maybe afterwards." He wiggled his eyebrows smiling.

Cyd just laughed as Carlos began to give her kisses down her neck, and onto her belly.

" Okay let's get this over with." She laughed at him.

* * * * *
Sebastien stepped into the kitchen and poured himself some coffee, wondering if Katie wanted some even though she wasn't up yet. He grabbed an extra coffee cup and placed it next to the coffee maker, just in case.

Sebastien had never felt any better. He got to spend some of the night with Alex and he was going to do it again today! Although, he was still upset about the fact of her not being the same after their little chat last night. Was it something he said? He was hoping it wasn't, but he needed to know. He was just hoping that all things go well tonight.

Sebastien placed some toast in the toaster, and turned around to see the sleepy eyes of his daughter.

" Morning, sweetheart." Sebstien smiled at her. " Would you like some coffee?"

" Yes please." She said sleeply as she walked towards him. Her english language barely making it clear.

She looked up at him, noticing he looked happier than normal.

" So how was the wedding last night?" She asked as she put some sugar and creamer in her coffee.

" It was good." He sat at the kitchen table behind her, taking a sip of his coffee.

" Did the people like you?" She asked.

" I think they did." Sebstien nodded as he thought about it. " I had a standing ovation."

" That's wonderful, daddy!" Katie smiled as she sat next to him wrapping her arms around him. She felt so happy for him. " So, what are you and I doing today?" She asked they always do something special together on weekends.

Sebastien frowned slightly, forgetting that he didn't tell her about today.

" I'm sorry honey." Sebastien placed his hand on hers. " I sourt of have a date today."

" Oh." She said shifting her eyes from Sebastien's to the kitchen table. " At what time?" She asked trying to hide her dissapointment.

" Ten." He replied sipping his coffee.

" Well, good for you." She faked a smile as she stood up.

" Where you going?" Sebastien's voice concerned, wondering why she was leaving.

" I'm going to take a shower." She replied looking at him. " I will see you when you get back." She leaned in and gave him a quick kiss before leaving without a single smile.

" Katie, wait." Sebastien raised his voice a little kindly.

Katie turned and looked at him, little irritated but not showing it.

" Talk to me sweetheart, whats wrong?" He begged.

" Nothing daddy." Katie forced the same fake smile again.

Sebastien just looked at her, not totally convinced.

" Realy." She confimred. " Can I take a shower now?"

" Okay sweety, go ahead." He waved his hand at her, giving in a little to easily.

Sebastien watched as Katie took her leave. He felt horrible, he knew why she was upset. He had been so busy with his job, and thinking about Alex, he didn't have any time for his only daughter. He was hoping what he had planned for her would help her a little bit, and bring a smile to her face again.

* * * * *
" How does this look?" Alex asked Urs as she walked in the living room. " Is it too sluty?" She placed her self in different positions, making sure she was abosulty comfortable.

" No I think it's good." He looked at the red dress she was wearing.

" Okay good, because if this didn't work, I don't know what else would." She smiled at Urs.

" Keep in mind you are just looking at air conditoiners." Urs chuckled as he looked at his newpaper.

" Yes, but, I want to look good as possible." She replied, running her hands down the front of her. She wanted to make sure there were no unecessary creases or lines.

Just then a knock was at the door. Alex immediteatly felt butterflies in her stomach. She looked at Urs with panick written all over her face. She didn't know how this day was gong to turn out.

" You will be fine." Urs gave her a gentle smile asuring her.

Alex nodded nervously as she walked towards the door. She wiped off any fake dust that could be possibly sinking in her dress. She ran her hands through her hair, making sure it was nice and plumpt.

She looked through the peep hole, seeing Sebastien who was running his hands through his hair. He certainly looked nervouse and yet handsome. She scanned his artical of clothing through the peep hole and found her self lost in him once again and also finding her biting her bottom lip. He looked so irrisistable in his faded black jeans, a black jacket over his white t shirt. He just looked so perfect.

Alex felt herself becoming nervouse as she placed her hand on the door knob, she had no idea what this day was going to bring. And the way Sebastien looked, there was no way she would be able to impress him now.

" Hello Sebastien." She smiled as she opened the door. She was still trying to maintain her cool, and trying to not make her eyes scan over him again. She was determined to only keep her eyes on his.

" Hello, Alexandria." He smiled back at her.

Alex felt herself blush as she heard Sebastien call her by her first full name again. Everyone called her that, only because they liked it better then Alex. But, when he said it, he just had a different tone, like he realy liked the name. Or even loved it.

From the moment Alex opened the door, Sebastien knew he was going to lose control sometime when he would be near her. She looked so beautiful in her strapless red dress. Her hair curled from the roots, she obviously wanted to look nice for him, and she had pulled it off. He could smell her perfume and it was just the right amount, it wasn't too much it was just settle. He also noticed her eyes, and how incredibly blue, and gorgeous they looked that day.

" Are you ready to go?" Sebastien asked.

" Just let me get my purse." She replied, stepping to the side. " Please come on in."

" Thank you." He smiled as he walked inside.

" Please, have a seat." She raised her hand towards the chair next to Urs as they made their way to the living room. " I will only be a minute."

" Hello, Sebastien." Urs stood up to shake Sebastien's hand.

" I believe we've met before." Sebastien chuckled as he sat down in the chair after shaking Urs' hand.

" Yes, I'm Alexandria's brother." He smiled as he sat back down in his seat.

" It's nice to meet you again." Sebastien nodded smiling.

" So, what have you guys planned today?" Urs asked looking returning back to his newspaper.

" I was just going to show her some air conditioners, so you guys won't fry this summer." Sebastien chuckled.

" That's very nice of you." Urs smiled, looking forward to some coolage during the summer time.

" Thank you." Sebastien smiled back.

" Okay, Sebastien I have to ask you something." Urs replied, placing his newpaper on his lap.

Sebastien leaned forward in his chair, concerned. Was he in trouble?

" Are you single Sebastien?"

" Yes, yes I am." Sebastien nodded, still confused " Why do you ask me this?"

" Just make sure she knows it." Urs winked as he turned back to his newpaper. " Trust me."

Sebastien continued to look at Urs, he was confused, he wanted to know the real answer.

" Are we ready to go now?" Alex walked into the living room, purse in hand.

Sebastien nodded as he stood and followed Alex to the door.

" Nice to meet you again, Urs." Sebastien looked back before leaving.

" You too Sebastien." Urs replied smiling.

" So where should we go first?" Alex asked shutting the door behind her.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Eleven   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:37 pm

" Thank you for the air conditioner, Sebastien." Alex smiled as she took a small lick of her ice cream. " And for the food." She added.

" No problem." He smiled down at her. " It should be arriving at your place sometime next week."

" Well, thanks again." She replied.

Sebastien and Alex had been to a few stores before they found a perfect conditioner one for her. Of course Sebastien was the big help in it all and Alex fealt greatly appreciated. She never knew a man who wanted to help her so much, and couldn't help but wonder why. Although, she still fealt stupid for not knowing anything about the conditioning or what to look for, so she thanked God for Sebastien and for him to be there with her.

Afterward they decided to take a walk through the park after grabbing a bite to eat. Neither of them were realy hungry so they decided to grab a little something. They both felt totaly comfortable with eachother walking side by side admiring the scenery around them and talking more about their lives. Alex couldn't help but think that he was just perfect, and she wished that she could be with him. She felt the urge to grab his hand as they continued to walk through the park, but had to put it through her head that it wouldn't be such a good idea.

Both of them spotted a nicley white painted park bench and decided to take a break, they both had been walking for a while.

" So how is your daughter doing?" Alex asked as she sat down next to Sebastien, trying to strike up a conversation.

" She is doing well, I think she's mad at me though,. He replied casually as he took a bite of his ice cream.

" Why do you say that?" Alex asked concerned.

" Well, I didn't tell her about you and I today, and we usually do something together every weekend." Sebastien replied looking at her. " It's sourt of our thing." He shrugged.

" I'm sorry." Alex said. She had no idea and she was sure starting to feel guilty. " I didn't mean to impose." She stood up, but was stopped by Sebastien's hand on her arm.

" No it's okay, she understands." Sebastien replied, praying in his mind that she wouldn't leave. " Please sit down." He nodded to the empty spot next to his side.

Alex looked at him, she wasn't sure if she should. His wife must be worried about him, and what he's up to. But then again, she didn't want to be rude. There was no harm into just two friends chatting in the park, and having a bite to eat.

Alex sat down beside him, smiling as she ran her hands against her dress, making sure there were no creases once again. As she sat there she was thinking if she should bring up the subject of him having a wife. Just bringing it up casualy. She took Urs' words for granted, she didn't know for sure, and yet something about him made her think he was still married.

" I'm sure your wife must be wondering what your doing with me." She said carefully as she licked her vanilla flavored ice cream.

Sebastien paused as he frowned slightly, why would she bring up such a subject like that? But the he realized that he had forgotten that Alex didn't know.

" No wife." Sebastien shook his head looking straight ahead, feeling uncomfortable all of a sudden. " No girlfriend either."

Alex had felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders, she was happy to know he was single. But then she noticed his frown, and felt bad. She just had found out hewas single, but why did she still feel guilty?

" I'm sorry." Alex replied looking at him. " I shouldn't have said anything. I'm such an idiot!"

" No it's okay." Sebastien looked at her with half a smile. " I might as well tell you." Sebastien sighed hate thinking back to that night. " There's no reason to hide it from you."

" Well, only if your comfortable." Alex said gently placing her hand on his leg.

Sebastien felt butterflies as he felt the soft touch of her hand on his leg, right in the middle of his thigh. She was driving him crazy with all the little things that she was doing through out the day. The flipping of the hair, the lick of the lips when they were just talking. She maybe silent some of the times they were together, but her bdoy was saying more than enough.

" Well, I'm divorced." Sebastien replied. " That's a little obviouse." He rolled his eyes as he chuckled.

" Yes." Alex chuckled with him.

" I wasn't always like this." Sebastien continued.

" What do you mean?" Alex asked confused.

" Depressed and such." Sebastien looked at her. " I was married to a wonderful woman, with a great house, and a wonderful child." He paused, he knew he had to tell Alex about that night, he just hated thinking about it. " So one day I come home from work early, thought I would surprise her. But it was more that she surprised me."

Alex's eyes widened as she took everything that he was telling her in her mind. She could sense what he was going to tell her and she didn't like the sound of it.

" Yep, she cheated on me with another married man." He nodded his casually, his head looking at the grass beneath him. " I told her to leave, and now they are happily married with eachother. That was 12 years ago." Sebastien sighed, blinking the tears away from his soft eyes. He didn't want to cry infront of Alex.

" I'm so sorry, Sebastien." She rubbed his back with her hand. " I had no idea."

Sebastien's back started to arch up as he could feel her hand that was once on his thigh now on his back. Her hand softly carressing his muscles and spine. She indeed knew how to make him nuts. How he longed to feel her hands on his back, with her finger tips digging into his spine.

" Well, I'm sorry that happened to you." Her voice rang through Sebastien's head. He had to wake from his fantasy. " I just can't believe someone to do something like that to a wonderful man."

Sebastien felt his cheeks begin to color at her compliment.

" Thank you." He chuckled looking at her. " You're very sweet."

Alex looked at him, she couldn't believe it. He was so nice and such a gentlemen, why would anyone do this to him? She just couldn't beleive it. Who ever this women was that did this to him, was truly insane and out of her mind.

" What about you? If you don't mind me asking." Sebastien asked carefully. he wasn't sure if she wanted to talk about herself quite yet or not.

Alex's face frowned just as Sebastien's did not too long ago, did she have to talk about herself now? Might as well to get it out of the way.

" My turn huh?" She chuckled nervously not making eye contact with him. She knew if she started to talk about Brian, she would probably start to cry

" I'm sorry Alexandria." Sebastien placed his hand on hers, noticing the shiningness in her eyes, and her frown " We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. Only when you're ready."

" How do you do that?" She asked in astonishment looking at him. It's as if he was reading her mind, and new exactly what she needed to hear.

" Do what?" He looked at her confused.

" You know just the right thing to say, to comfort people." She replied looking in his beautiful green eyes. They were so kind and gentle.

Sebastien just smiled as he continued to look at her.

" But, I will tell you just to get it out of the way." She squeezed Sebastien's hand. Feeling a little more comfort now that she felt his hand in hers. " Two years ago, I had gotten married to a man named Brian Williams. No later did we get back from our honeymoon, he had to go to Iraq to help fight in the war." She paused trying not to cry infront of Sebastien again. She looked down at the ground trying to avoid embarrasement.

Sebastien cupped her cheek with his hand. His heart was reaching out for her.

" Alex, if you truly don't want to talk about it, I understand." He said gently looking into her eyes. He could see that she was upset again, and he was about to know the reason why after all this time he's known her. His accent was making him sound irristable to Alex again.

" I might as well." Alex replied smiling weakly looking back up at him. " I don't mind."

She then grabbed his hand with hers and held it tightly, she truly didn't want to let go of him.

" Well, he was gone for 6 months after our honeymoon, I started to worry. I didn't know what was going on, he never wrote me or anything. Then I got the news." She paused again. " I got a letter saying he had been killed, and that the rest of my family had been notified."

Sebastien's eyes softened as he felt his heart sink, after recieving the news his heart was calling out for her even more.

" I'm sorry, cherie." He wiped a tear streaming down her cheek with his thumb. " I never knew anything like that would happen to you." He then wrapped his arms around her as she placed her head on his chest.

Alex placed her head on Sebastien's chest, and she had never felt any more safe than being with him. Feeling Sebastien's arms around her and his chest underneith her was just so comforting.

" I just miss him so much sometimes, you know." She sighed with another tear streaming down her face.

" Yes, I do." He rubbed his hands on her back. Sebastien sighed as he felt her head rise from his chest.

" Thank you Sebastien." She smiled up at him. " I was never able to talk to someone about this."

She then straightened herself up, feeling embarrased that she cried infront of him once again.

" I got to stop embarassing myself like this." She chuckled weakly wiping the tears away from her colored cheeks.

" It's completely normal." He assured her. " Don't worry about it Alexandria." He said softly.

" Well, what would you like to do now?" Alex looked at her watch reading 1:20. " That is if you still want to hang out."

" Well, sure I do." He smiled down at her.

" Would you like to come back to my place?" She asked hoping he would say yes. " We could have some wine or something, and of course I know your favorite." She winked at him.

" Sure I would love to." He smiled nodding. " What about Urs your brother?"

" He's hanging out with his friends today." She stood up smiling, running her hands over her dress once again.

" Shall we then?" Sebastien stood up holding his arm out waiting for Alex to wrap hers around. Alex wrapped her arm around Sebastien's as they walked towards the street to find a taxi.

Alex smiled broadly as relieve filled her the expression on her face. She had never felt more comfortable with a man besides Brian before. Sebastien was so understanding, and the best part was Urs was right: he was single. She was so happy that she could finnaly tell someone how she felt and what had happened, even more, she felt happy to know what had happened to him.

She looked up into his eyes and smiled as they waited for a taxi, he was amazing. She was hoping that her and Sebastien could possibly see eachother more and more, and perhaps even be something more than just friends eating ice cream in the park.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Twelve   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:38 pm

" I'm sorry if the place is a mess." Alex placed her purse on the coat hanger as they walked in.

" Hey, it's quite alright." Sebastien replied. " Keep in mind I do have a teenager."

" That is true." She giggled as she shut the door behind Sebastien. " Would you like some red wine?" She smiled broadly looking at him.

Sebastien smiled at her back, it's great knowing that she can still have a great smile after what happened to her.

" What do you think?" Sebastien asked raising his eyebrows as he took his jacket off.

Alex watched him as he began to take his jacket off, it was as if her mind was teasing her and he was taking his jacket off slowly. She caught herself biting her lip as she could see his muscles buldging through his shirt, making him look very lean. She took her eyes off his torsoe quickly, hoping that she haden't been caught by him.

" Well just follow me then." She smiled at him, as she lead him throught the kitchen. Where she poured liquid in two glasses.

" Thank you." He smiled sweetly as she handed him his glass.

* * * *
Katie sighed as she sat in the living room, she was alone again. She didn't know what to do, this had never happened before, her dad just never left her alone on the weekend.

She looked at the clock: 1:45. " How much longer is he going to be gone?" She asked outloud. She was irritated, some women was distracting her own dad, and now she couldn't spend any time with him.

She looked at her cell phone wondering if she should call her best friend. Her friend always helped her through the tough times, maybe she could help her with this one. She sighed deeply as she picked up her cell and dialed the number.

* * * *

Alex and Sebastien started to converse at that exact kitchen table for the next hour and a half. They were having such a good time talking to eachother, and getting to know one another better. As if they were friends, they would joke around with eachother and laugh. Sebastien would do the occasional flirt, and Alex found it very intriguing of how hard he was trying to flirt with her and mess with her mind.

" So what about Urs?" Sebastien asked.

" What about him?" She replied filling her and Sebastien's glass again.

" Well, I always pictured you living alone." Sebastien replied. " Has he always lived here or do you live in his place?" He chuckled as he looked around the room.

" No, he lives with me." She took a sip of her wine. " He was having some financial problems, so I helped him out a bit." She winked. " I also moved here after .... well, Brian. The house we lived in was too much for me to take of financially, so I had to move into something smaller."

" Ah, so I see." He sipped his wine as well.

They began to talk some more when Sebastien's phone started to ring, which signalled his cheeks to color a bit. He felt embarrassed, he should have known to turn his cell phone off.

" I'm sorry." He replied weekly as he pulled his phone out of his back pocket.

Alex just smiled back at him, she totally understood.

" That's weird I don't know this number." A look of confusion took over his face. " I will just let them leave a message." He winked at Alex as he placed the cell phone back in his back pocket.

Alex felt like she was going to mealt, he was such a handsome, kind, and gentle man. The winking was the cherrie on top of the iceing. She took the last sip of her wine again, and went to fill it up.

" Damn!" She replied. " The bottle is empty!"

" Oh, I'm sorry Alexandria." Sebastien replied. He then poured some wine from his glass into hers until the liquid was about even.

" Thank you." She smiled. " But that wasn't necessary."

" It's no problem cherie, plus I don't think we need any more." Sebastien chuckled as they both took the last sip of their drinks. " You're going to get me addicted to this if you keep it up."

" I think you are already." She winked.

" Are you?" Sebastien asked smiling.

" I'll let you answer that." She giggled as she stood up and put the glasses in the sink.

Sebastien caught himself staring at her. She was indeed beautiful, and the best part was she didn't know she was. She was so kind to him, and willing to listen to him. Her hair flowed to the front of her shoulders as she placed the bottle in the trash, framing her soft beautiful face. Her blue eyes glisening in happiness as she smiled.

Sebastien then looked at his watch knowing Katie would probably be wondering where he was.

" I'm sorry, Alex." Sebastien stood up.

Alex got butterflies in her stomach, everytime he called her by Alexandria, he said it so kindly. She turned to look at him

" I have to go home."

" Oh, okay." She smiled trying to hide her dissapointment. She wanted to spend time with him, who could blame her? " Let me get your coat." She followed him to the door.

" Oh, that's okay." He smiled as he grabbed his coat off the rack.

" Well, thank you for today." She smiled up at him. " I had a great day, hopefully we can do it again soon."

" I would realy like that, Alexandria." He smiled down at her.

" Oh! Before I forget, I have something for you." She winked as she left to her room.

A smile crept over Sebastien's face as he saw was she was holding in her arms.

" You left this last night." She smiled at him as she reached her arms out.

" Thank you. I almost forgot you had it." He smiled as he brought the jacket into his hands.

There was a moment of silence between them, Sebastien didn't know if he should do what he wants to do now, or wait until later. His lips quivered as he tried to control himself from leaning down and kissing her. His eyes tracing over the outline of her full lips, wondering what it would be like to kiss them, and to hold Alex against him. To know what it would feel like against his skin, and to make her feel loved all over again.

Alex looked at him, her eyes moving over his muscles that were showing through his shirt. She wanted him to wrap them around her, to hold her. To know what it would feel like for him to be against her body, and to rest against her skin.

Sebastien leaned into her. Alex could feel her breathing starting to quicken, this was it, she knew this would happen. He was going to kiss her!! She couldn't wait!

" Have a good day Alexandria." He grabbed her hand and gave it a kiss.

She smiled up at him, slightly disappointed that that kiss that was placed on her hand wasn't on her mouth.

" You too." She replied faintly. Sebastien smiled back at her as he walked out the door and shut it behind him.

Alex leaned against the door, he realy knew how to make her hypnotised. " He also know how to take my breath away." She thought to herself as she exhaled deeply. She needs to know how to breath when shes around him. She looked down at her hand, she felt something inside of it. She opened her hand that revealed a folded piece of paper. She unfolded the little paper, confused on how it got there. She smiled as she read what was written inside. He must have put it there when he kissed her hand.

Can I see you tomorrow night?

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Thirteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:45 pm

" Katie, I'm sorry you feel that way. But you have to understand that this was going to happen to your dad sometime."

" I know Isabel, it's just all too soon I guess." Katie replied saddly on the other end of the line.

Katie and Isabel had been best friends since elementary. They always helped eachother through the tough times, just like best friends would do. And just like any best friends, they had always hung out together, and talked all the time. Katie sometimes had felt jealouse of Isabel's looks, her big brown eyes and long black hair just made her look so pretty. It always showed that Isabel was a natural beauty and never needed any makeup to improve.

" You have to let him spread his wings Katie." Isabel replied. " You can't expect him to be single for the rest of his life do you?"

" You're right." Katie sighed as she nodded to herself.

" I'm sorry to break this off so short Katie, But I have to go." Isabel replied. " I will call you later tonight."

" Okay Isabel."

" Alright Katie, love you!" Isabel replied before shuting her mobile.

She thought about what Isabel said. She was right, she couldn't keep her dad all to herself, she had to let him go and out into the world again.

Katie sighed as she grabbed a pillow and placed it under her head and rested against it.

" I miss you already, daddy" She sighed before closing her eyes, and accidently falling asleep.

* * * *
David decided to take a walk in the park, he needed some fresh air instead of being cooped up in his aparment. Ever since Cyd gotten married, a few things have changed. They haven't had a chance to hang out and be together like they used to, she was Carlos' now. He found himself feeling slightly upsett at the whole wedding going on. Nothing was happening to him. Everything seemed to be staying in the exact same place as it was years, and years ago. No girlfriend, same job, same routine over, and over again.

He stepped out of his apartment room and into the elevator when he suddenly heard the sound of a womens voice.

" Hold the door!" She shouted.

David looked up to see a black haired women with a dog running towards the elevator. He did what she requested and placed his arm between the doors and waited for her.

" Thank you." The women replied trying to catch her breath as she ran inside. David smiled as he nodded at her.

" What floor?" He asked her kindly.

" Bottom." She replied breathless " Sorry, this damn dog loves to run too much." She chuckled.

David smiled as he looked down at the wagging creature.

" And what would this damn dogs name be?" He smiled still looking down at the dog.

" This is Cocoa." She leaned down to rubbe the back of her dog's ears

" She's beautiful." David smiled up at her. " Is she a chocolate lab?" He observed.

" Thank you, and yes she is." She smiled back at him, her blue eyes warm.

" I guess she heard you compliment her." The women laughed as she noticed her dog giving a few licks on David's hand.

David smiled as he bent down to pet the creature and rub behind her ears.

" She's an absolute sweetheart." He replied looking over the gentle creature. He then stood up to look at the women once more.

" I'm David Miller." He stuck his hand out smiling at her.

" Karissa Myer." She replied taking his hand and shaking it.

" That's a lovely name, Karissa." David smiled after shaking her hand.

Karissa looked down as she blushed. No one has said that to her in years.

David continued to look at her, as he could see the color start to appear her cheeks. She was so cute in the way she looked embarrased. She didn't only look cute with colored cheeks, her blue eyes were beautiful, and went nicely with her long black hair, which framed her full face nicely, and flowed just to the top of her fully curved hips.

" So where were you and Cocoa plannig on going today?" David asked trying to make her feel comfortable.

" To the park." She replied smiling up at him. " I thought it would be okay to give her some fresh air." She patted her dogs back.

" Funny thing, I was going to the park myself." David's greyish blue eyes widened. " The outdoors are great for clearing heads."

" Well, if you don't mind..." She began to say. " ....would you like to help me walk Cocoa, it's nice to meet new people and have company around."

" I know what you mean." David nodded.

" So is that a yes?" She asked looking at him, searching for an answer.

Karissa looked at him, he was very tall and handsome. The way his spiked hair fit perfectly on his head, and went greatly with his greyish blue eyes. He was a very nice man, maybe they could be friends.

" Yes, I would love to." David chuckled at her pleading tone.

Just then the elevator made its ring, and the doors opened. They both looked at eachother smiling before stepping out.

" Shall we?" David smiled as he held his hand out, giving her the option to walk out the elevator first.

* * * *

Sebastien sighed as he layed against the wall of the elevator, he felt happier to know what had happened to Alex and Brian, and that she knew what had happened to him.

" I hope she got my note," He thought to himself as he continued to smile. He looked at his watch, curious at what time it was. 2:30. " Katies going to kill me!" Sebastien replied looking at his watch. He became stressed, hoping that Katie woudn't be mad at him for leaving her at home alone like that. As Sebastien was thinking, and waiting for the elevator to open, he heard a beep noise coming from his phone. He pulled it out of his back pocket and flipped it open. The memory started to come to him as he read the brightly lite letters 'New Voicemail' from the number that called him earlier. He placed the phone against his ear, as he waited to hear the message.

" You have one new message." The machine voice was heard. " First new message: Hello Sebastien this is Simon Cowell....."

A look of confusion came over Sebastien's face. He didn't recognize the british accent at all, and didn't know who this man was.

" I coudn't help but hear you at the wedding of Cyd and Carlos Marin, and I think you are absolutly fantastic! If you could please call me when you get the chance. I would love to talk to you about my idea and maybe make something out of that beautiful voice of yours! So please call me at: 555-6243. Look forward to hear from you!"

Sebastien couldn't beleive what he was hearing, was his dream finally coming true? He flipped his phone shut slowly, still trying to get the news he just recieved to register through his mind. If his dream was truly coming true, why wasn't he more excited? Sebastien thought about it as he placed the phone back into his back pocket. He finally came to the conclusion that he would call Simon later, he just didn't want the news to effect him right away. Right now, he needed to spend some time with Katie, and apologize for this morning. He hoped that what he had planned for her, would make her feel better.

* * * *
Alex smiled as she read the note Sebastien gave her over and over again. She could feel her emotions starting to take it's toll, she was feeling so happy all over again. It was as if she had never lost anyone in her life. She sat at the kitchen table slowly lowering herself in the chair as she continued to read the note over, and over as her thoughts stayed with Sebastien.

" Alexandria, are you here?" Urs asked as he walked through the door with a brown bag under his left arm.

" Yeah, I'm in here." Alex replied smiling still looking down at the note.

" Someone is very happy today." Urs walked in the kitchen giving Alex a hug, noticing the smile on her face. " What did you and Sebastien do?" He snickered as he glanced at the not she was holding in her hands.

" Yeah, only in your dreams Urs." She rolled her eyes slapping him on the shoulder gently as she folded the note and placed it in her braw.

" Now, you would call that a nightmare." He chuckled sitting next to her placing a brown bag on top of the table.

" Whats in there?" She nodded towards the object.

" Oh, this is for you." He replied sliding it closer to her. Alex looked at him in amazment.

" Wow! First time you buy something for someone else." She giggled.

" Just shut up and open the bag." Urs replied rolling his eyes.

Alex grabbed the bag and placed her hand inside. She smiled broadly as she held the object in her hands.

" Oh, Urs this is marvelouse!" She looked at him. " Thank you very much!" She wrapped her arms around him. Urs smiled as he hugged her back.

" I knew you were going to run out sooner or later. " He replied after breaking from their hug. " So I thought: What the hell?"

" Well, it was very nice of you, thank you!" She smiled as she placed the bottle on the wrack. " How did you know red was my favorite?" She asked as she sat back down next to him.

" Well, you only have a glass every day." He laughed.

" Yeah, well, I guess you know my secret." She winked.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Fourteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:46 pm

" Sounds like you have alot of musical background." Karissa replied as David talked to her about his interestes, and what he likes.

The two decided to take a walk in the park after stepping out of the elevator, and noticed how comfortable each one was. As if they were old best friends for years. Of course Karissa could help but see how good looking David was, but she tried not to flirt with him, she wanted to be friends, and plus she just met the guy!

The two walked down the cememented path inside the park, and started talking. David also told Karissa of him being in "West Side Story" and the other musical plays he's been in.

" Well, I love music." David replied smiling. " I love singing, it's what I live for. What about you? Have you always lived in New York?" He changed the subject, wanting to know more about her.

" I was actually born and raised in Idaho." Karissa replied.

" Wow! So far away!" David's eyes widened.

" Yeah, I miss it." She sighed, thinking back slightly to her childhood.

" So what brought you here?" David asked.

" Well, like you, I have always loved music." She smiled. " Ever since I was little, I have been inspired by music. Well, in Idaho, there wasn't any good schools for music. So my friend recommended here, where I was taught to sing better, and play the guitar."

" That's wonderful!" David smiled " Is playing the guitar something you have always wanted to do?"

" Actually, yes." She smiled. " Can you play the guitar?"

" No, but I can play the drums." David replied feeling proud of himself as he stuck out his chest, swinging his hands in the air pretending to bang on a coupld of drums.

" Well, that's something." She giggled. replying to his waving of his hands. " We can start a band even!"

Both of them continued to talk, and laugh, enjoying eachothers company. The two of them were beginning to feel a little tired from the jogging that Karissa's dog had made them do with the tugging of the leash, and they both decided to sit on a bench for a little bit.

" So do your parents live here?" David asked as he sat down.

" Nope, still in Idaho." She replied smiling broadly. " Where they should be." She giggled

" I understand." David laughed with her. " Mine are still in Colorado."

A moment of silence was filled in the air, and it started to become awkward. Karissa didn't know what to say at the moment, but she still had the urge to say something, she still wanted him there, and she still wanted to spend some quality time with him. He seemed so nice, and interesting.

" I guess I better get going." David replied as he stood up. He didn't want to bother her anymore than what he had.

" Oh, okay." She looked up at him, her heart sinking slightly, the words she wasn't wanting to hear had been said. " I hope to see you soon."

" Yeah." David ran his hand through his hair. " I will see you later, Karissa." He waved before he turned to go back to his apartment.

Karissa blushed as she heard him say her name, the way he said it, made her feel good. She continued to look at him as he walked away, he was cute. Karissa thought about him, and how a great conversationalist he was. She was hoping that him and her would be friends. She hasn't had a real good friendship with anyone for a while.

" Come on, Cocoa." She tugged lightly on the leash as she stood up " Lets go home."

* * * *

" Katie? Katie." Sebastien nudged his daugher trying to wake her from her nap.

" Hmmm?" She stired.

" Katie honey, I'm home." He bent down on his knees and kissed her forehead gently. " Don't you want to do something today?"

" Oh, yeah." She replied sleeply. She then stretched and yawned widley.

" When did you fall asleep?" Sebastien chuckled as he brushed the hair away from her face.

" I was watching television, I guess it was an accident." She lied. In reality she was waiting for him, but she didn't want him to feel bad.

" It's understandable, honey." Sebastien pressed his lips to her head again. " Did you still want to do something?" He repeated.

" Sure." She stretched again still a little sleepy. " Did you have something in mind?"

" Actaully I do." Sebastien smiled broadly. " But, it's a surprise."

" A surprise for me?" Katie sat up. a little confused in what he had instore for her.

" Yep!" Sebastien smiled.

" What is it?" She asked intrigued.

" I can't tell you, that's what surprises are about." He replied.

Katie looked at him, she felt horrible. Here, her dad was doing something nice for her, and she treated him like crap earlier.

" What's the matter?" Sebastien asked noticing her frown. " Do you not like surprises?"

" No dad, it's not that." Katie replied saddly. " I'm sorry."

" For what?" Sebastien asked her, confused.

" You know." She replied looking at the floor. " For this morning." Sebastien placed his hand under her chin, and raised her head.

" You don't have to apologize for anything." He replied gently, looking in her blue eyes, Trying to asure her, everything was okay. " You didn't do anything wrong."

" You sure about that?" She asked half a smile.

" I'm positive." He assured her. " If anything, I was going to apologize to you." He shrugged.

" Why?" Katie asked confused.

" Because it's my fault." Sebastien replied sitting on his knees. " Katie, I don't expect you to forgive me for forgetting about us today. I completely understand that, all I ask is that you can smile and be happy again."

" You know I will always be when you're around." Katie smiled at him.

" Well, you just gave me proof." Sebastien smiled back, hinting at her smile. He then wrapped his arms around her, hugging her to make her feel better.

" So what's the surprise?" Katie asked after pulling away.

" I'm not telling." Sebastien smiled looking down at her as he stood up.

" Come on dad please?" She pleaded. " I love you!"

Sebastien laughed as he stood there shaking his head, he knew not even the slightest 'I love you' could do it.

" Get in the car, and I will show you."

Sebastien drove up to his destination later in the day, he had butteflies in his stomach as he hoped Katie would like what he had planned for her. And to keep it a little more interesting he had a blind fold placed over her eyes, and made her promise not to peak.

" Okay, we're here." He smiled looking over at her as he took the keys out of the ingnition.

" Can I take this off now?" Katie asked exitedly as she placed her hands on the side of the blindfold, eager to rip it off her eyes.

" Yes, you can take it off. " He laughed at her.

Katie smiled, excitement had taken over her body and she shook as she tried to take the blind fold off. Her eyes traced outside the window once the blind fold was removed. Her eyes widened and her jaw dropped as she saw what had been taking place in her sight.

" No." She shook her head, looking at her dad, almost petrified. " You can't be serious."

" I brought you here." Sebastien replied smiling. " I think I am."

" Daddy." She looked at him still in shock. " I can't except this." Tears filled her eyes, of joy and of sadness.

Joyfull that her dad would do something for her like this, and that she knew he loved her. Sad of how she treated him earlier. She knew he said that she didn't need to apologize, but, did he realy mean it?

" But ... why?" She asked.

" Well, your my daughter, and I think you deserve it." He replied.

She truly did, she didn't ask much, she was seventeen, and he knew she needed one sometime.

" You have to give me a range." She replied, giving in slightly.

" No range." He replied with the same smile painted over his face. " Just what you like, and what color."

PostSubject: Chapter Fifteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:49 pm

" You know I like mustangs." Katie replied smiling after giving into her daddys offer.

She still couldn't believe that she was about to get a car, this was something that she had been wanting so she could drive herself to school instead of her father, but it was something she had never mentioned to him. Or at least, she didn't think she ever mentioned the fact she wanted a car to him.

" Which is why I brought you here." Sebastien said.

" But, they are so expensive and-" Kate started to say.

" Katie, no more complaining." Sebastien raised his hand in the air, forbidding her to complain any further. " Now I want your butt out of this car in 5 seconds before I make the decision for you." He opened the car door, and closed it behind him as he hopped out. Leaving Katie speechless still sitting in the vehicle.

Katie rolled her eyes, his tone meat she had to get out. And of course if she was getting a brand new car, she wanted to pick it out, not her dad.

She quickly swung the seatbelt off of her and stepped out of the car, hurring over to her dads location. She could feel herself getting distracted at the bright colors and cleansness of the cars as she hurried over to Sebastien. She could feel her jaws litterally dropping as her eyes feasted on the new cars around her, she just couldn't believe that this was happening.

" Now, you said mustangs right?" Sebastien asked as he lead her to her favorite cars. A smile appeared was painted on his face as he could see her running to catch up to him, he knew that she was hooked to the cars.

Katies eyes widened as she saw all the mustangs lined up, in all of there styles and colors. Mustangs were always Katie's favorite car, ever since she was little.

She finally had caught up to her father, where he was standing next to blue colored mustang. The new model was starting to appeal to her as she scanned her eyes over it.

" I realy like this color." Katie ran her hand gently over the hood of the model.

" That is pretty." Sebastien admitted as he folded his arms across his chest. " Do you have any idea what you want in the car?"

" Well, I would like a cd player." She smiled as her eyes were still glued to the automobile.

" Teenagers." Sebastien shook his head jokingly.

" Air conditioner, automatic, you know the basics." She shrugged.

Katie and Sebastien began to take a look at each car one by one, studying them and examining. Katie wanted to make the right decision since her dad was paying for it. She took deep thought into each Mustang that they had look over, seeing if it would be the right choice.

Katie had the car in mind. It was one of the models that she had always loved, and it had everything that she wanted. It also seemed something her father could afford. She was about to make up her mind when she saw one that had caught her eye.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Mustang2

Her mouth dropped as she let her eyes do the works, studying it, as if she had never seen a car before.

Sebastien had noticed that Katie had froze, he had no idea what was wrong with her until he looked out into the direction that had her hypnotized. He chuckled and shook his head as he smiled at her. He knew they had found the right one.

" Daddy." She replied almost robotically as her eyes were still on the model.

" Go ahead." He chuckled as he followed her to the automobile.

Katie walked towards the car .... or ... seemed like she ran. She felt like she was in love. If her dad bought this for her, she wouldn't know how to react. She wouldn't even know how to thank him, or show how much she appreciated. She would just pray to God that the price wouldn't be something that she would feel guilty for.

" Oh, my god." She replied weakly as she traced her hand over the red hypnotizing object once she had reached the car.

" You can say that again." Sebastien looked inside the window of the car opposite of her, checking out the interior.

He was stunned himself on not only how nice the car looked, but how much gas milage, and how well it runs. He continued to read the facts on the car that was posted in the window.

" Oh, my god." Katie giggled.

" Very funny." Sebastien smiled at her. " So do you want it?"

" I- I uh- don't know." She glanced at the price on the window, the guilt was overwhelming her.

" Why honey?" Sebastien walked around to her side. " What's the matter?"

" Look." She pointed the listing price, almost depressingly.

Sebastien looked at the direction of the index finger, it truly wasn't that bad. If anything he was expecting the price to be listed a little more.

" Okay." He replied puting his arm around Katie. " Lets get it!"

" What?" Katie looked at him almost horrified. " But, dad-"

" No buts." Sebastien smiled. " I want you to be happy Katie, so that's what I'm going to do."

" But daddy, I'll I have to do is be with you to be happy." Katie replied smiling up at him. She truly ment what she said.

" I know, you've told me that." Sebastien looked down at her. " I just want to see it on your face."

" I guess if it makes you happy." Katie shrugged her shoulders, rolling her eyes giving in easily.

" Are you sure this is the one you want?" Sebastien asked.

Katie glanced at the car, taking one last thought about it, and comparing it to the car that she was going to choose earlier.

" I'm sure."

~ ~ ~ ~

Afterwards, Sebastien decided to take Katie out to dinner, he wanted to spend some time with her again. He knew that if Alex would call him tomorrow, there wouldn't be enough time for him and Katie, so he wanted to be with her as long as possible.

After ordering there fries, shakes, and burgers, Sebastien and Katie thought it would be a good idea to have there food on the outside benches.

" Katie, I want to talk to you about something." Sebastien said after recieving there food from the waitor.

" About?" Katie dipped her fry in the sause.

" It's nothing too serious." Sebastien replied. " I just want you to know something."

" Okay, I'm listening." Katie replied. Now she was a little nervouse, she had no idea what he was going to telll her. Was she in trouble?

" Do you remember the girl I took out this morning?" Sebastien asked sipping his milkshake.

" Yes." Katie replied quietly, now she knew why. She was actualy quite irritated, she didn't want to hear about other women.

" Well, we got to talking, and long story short," Sebastien took a bite of one of his fries. " If she calls me tomorrow, we are going to date, and we will see what goes on from there. "

Katie didn't know what to say, she didn't know why she was so mad at a women she hasn't even met yet. Why was she? It wasn't of jealousy. She loved spending time with her daddy, and this woman she hardly knows was taking it away from her.

She then tilted her head to the side and saw her car once again sitting in the parking lot. Guilt started to sweap over her, she couldn't be mad him. He had just purchased a dream car for her, she would be insane to be mad at him.

" Okay." She nodded not making eye contact.

" So you're okay with it?" Sebastien asked surprisingly shocked.

" Yeah, I'm fine." She replied taking her gaze to her food, still not making eye contact

" Katie, look at me." Sebastien placed his hand over hers.

Katie looked at him, she couldn't disobay him, not on this subject.

" Just because I will be dating, doesn't mean I will forget about you, or not do stuff with you anymore. We still will do stuff, just not as often."

Katie nodded, he was right.

" And just because she's my date, doesn't make you second. You will always come first."

" Okay. " She smiled finally looking at him.

Sebastien could see that her eyes were moist, and that she was fighting the urge to cry. He knew this is something she hasn't been wanting, but he needed to be out there, and not be cooped up in his room with tears all the time. He hoped Katie had taken what he had said to her, and understood what he is trying to point out.

~ ~ ~ ~

David looked at the chinese menu as he paced back in forth in his kitchen. " Should I order the shrimp dinner, or the Chow main?" He asked himself as he heald the phone in his other hand. He didn't feel like going out to eat, what better yet then to order and wait for it to come? " I don't know." He dragged his words trying to make a decision. He glanced his eyes back and forth at the food titles, he was still trying to make a decision, he was torn.

" I guess I can order to both." He sighed as he sat at his kitchen table.

No sooner did he place the phone to his ear, there was a knock on the door. A confused look came across his face as he looked at his watch. " Who in the hell?" He asked himself. He looked through the peep hole after making his way to the door, a smile crept over his face.

" What are you doing here young lady?" He smiled at her.

" I believe I have a name." She giggled

" Okay, let me start over..." David laughed. "... what are you doing here Karissa?"

It was great that the two of them could tease eachother already. They could both tell this would be a good friendship.

" Um- I was wondering." She automatically started to fiddle with her hair. " Would you like to have dinner with me? I've made too much food."

" Sure." David's eyes lighted up. " Would you like it at your place or mine?"

" It doesn't matter to me." She replied. " Whatever works for you."

" How about at your place?" David suggested nervously. " I would hate for you to bring all the food, and your dog over here."

" Great." Karissa smiled up at him. " I will be over in a minute!"

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Sixteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:51 pm

Sebastien and Katie decided to head home, they both had to get up early tomorrow for work and school. Of course Katie drove herself in her brand new beautiful car. As Sebastien drove himself home, he glanced down at his phone. He was wondering if he should call that Simon guy. He wanted to do it before it was too late.

He thought about it, he wanted to spend time with Alexandria before anything major happened. But yet, this is something he's been wanting for a long time, it was one of his dreams. He also thought about Katie, he knew he had upsetted her from what he said to her earlier, but he had to set it straight. He wanted to tell her what was going to be expected if him and Alex were going to take things seriously.

Katie and Sebastien finnaly got home, they decided it would be best to spend the rest of the night in the living room and watch a movie. Katie loved watching a movie with her dady, she especially loved it that he would wrap his arm around her and let Katie place her head on his chest. She wasn't sure if alot of dadys would let there daughters do that, but she loved it. Sebastien decided to put in "Sleepless in Seattle" He knew that it was Katie's favorite movie, and he thought he could use some dating tips.

Katie placed her head on top of Sebastien's chest as she always did and sighed deeply. Loving the movie, and loving her dad.

" I love this part!" She giggled as the scene of Meg Ryan and Rossie O'Donnel mimicking their favorite romantic movie came into play.

Sebastien looked down at his daughter as she continued to smile, it always warmed his heart to see her smile and laugh. He leaned in and kissed the top of her head.

"Thank you, daddy." Katie smiled up at his warm green eyes at response in his kiss.

" You know I love you right?" Sebastien grinned his eyes ever so warm and filled with love.

" You only tell me all the time." Katie rolled her eyes smiling as she glanced back at the movie.

" Thats because it's true." Sebastien smiled again.

Katie continued to look at the movie, she felt so happy to hear her dad say that. Each time feeling like the first time. It warmed her heart.

" I love you too." She said smiling up at him.

* * * * *
" This is very good chicken!" David replied with a mouth full.

" I'm glad you like it!" Karissa laughed as she could hear his mouth was crammed with food.

" I could eat this all day!" David smiled taking another bite.

" Well, just let me know." Karissa said. " I will be happy to make it for you."

" Thank you very much." He smiled at her.

" No, Cocoa!" Karissa replied looking at her begging dog, who was looking up at her with big puppy eyes.

" She's so cute." David chuckled looking over at the chocolate lab.

" Yeah, she's just showing her good side for you." Karissa winked. David just smiled at her.

Karissa and David had decided to eat there dinners on trays in the living room, resting comfortably on the couch, trying to keep the conversation up between them. David could would catch himself once and a while lowering his eyes to where he could see some exposure in her shirt. He would shift his eyes up quickly, feeling like a pervert and hoping that she didn't catch him.

Karissa raised her glass to take a sip when she realized her glass was empty. She stood up to go get some more when she was stoped by David's hand on her arm.

" No, no I'll get it." He quickly stood up, grabbing her glass along with his. " In the top shelf right?" He headed towards her kitchen.

" Yes, David thank you!" She smiled as she slowly lowered herself onto the couch once again.

" So when is your sister suppose to be back?" Karissa asked when David returned with full glasses. She knew who Cyd was from the conversation they had in the park.

" Next week." David sat back down next to Karissa, with two full glasses of wine.

" Carlos sounds like a nice gentlmen." Karissa replied as she accepted the glass in her hand David gave her. " Thank you." She smiled.

" He realy is." David admitted nodding.

" He's not the only one." Karissa winked. David just smiled at her, not knowing how to react to her compliment.

" Thank you." He smiled sitting his glass on his tray.

" What am I doing?" Karissa thought to herself. " Did I just hit on him?" This whole time, shes been looking for a friend. Nothing else.

" Thank you for dinner." David layed back on the couch patting his slightly bulged stomach. " I'm stuffed!"

" Me too." Karissa sighed, laying back along with David. " I should learn to cook less next time."

There was a moment of silence between them as they continued to look at eachother, smiling, wondering what the other one was thinking.

" How about some television?" Karissa asked, quickly sitting up as she reached over past David to grab the remote. She just realized she was staring at him, and didn't want to make him comfortable.

" Actually I should probably get going." David replied as he stood up. " Thank you for dinner again, Karissa."

" Oh, no problem." Karissa replied almost saddly as she stood up. Again dissapointed at the fact of him leaving.

She followed him to the door, along with her dog following her.

" Maybe we can get together some time." David suggested, stopping at the door running his hand through his hair.

" I would love that." She smiled sweatly at him.

David looked down at Karissa, he noticed how beautiful her eyes were. Beautful blue, almost a different shade, and a size that he could get lost in.

His eyes traced down to her lips, he didn't know why he was thinking this, but something in him wanted to find out what it would be like to kiss her full lips. And to hold her next to him, and hold her tight. Something in him was telling him that it would be the right thing to do, but yet, he wasn't quite sure about it.

Karissa smiled as she noticed his eyes looking in hers. She couldn't make herself look away, he was very handsome, and kind. She liked every detail about him, his hair, his height, even his eyes, which she couldn't get herself to look away from.

Before Karissa knew it she felt her dog nudge against the back of her leg for attention, which caused Karrisa to fall against David. David caught her just in time and wrapped his arms around her making sure she didn't fall, it seemed God was taking from what he was thinking and making it reality.

Alex layed against him, only for a few seconds. But those few seconds felt right, having David's arms around her felt so good.

" I'm so sorry." Karissa replied her cheeks colored as she broke away from him. " My dog just likes having attention." She chuckled nervously running her hair behind her ears.

" That's okay." David replied. He then cupped his hands around Karissa's round face looking into her eyes, he knew he had to do it. He had waited too long.

" It's more then okay." He leaned in and covered his lips over hers.

* * * *
Alex placed her head against the pillow, a smile creaping over her face. Of course, her thoughts went back to Sebastien. She could feel herself getting excited as she thought about calling him tomorrow, and making arrangments for their first date. She would give anything to hear his french accent again and to talk to him again. And wouldn't she give just to see him again, and to look into his gorgeous eyes once more.

As she drifted off to sleep, she came to the conclusion that she would call him first thing in the morning.

* * * *
David felt better after he broke away from their kiss. Knowing that he kissing Karissa, maybe she would get the hint that he liked her now.

He looked down into her eyes again as he saw her open her eyes slowly, with a smile creaping over her face just as slow.

Karissa felt an electric shock run through her body, and it felt good. David's lips felt absolutly delicious against hers. She looked up at him smiling, still in a daze.

" W-wa-wha-" Karissa stammered.

" Are you okay?" David chuckled still his hands still around her face.

" Yeah, I'm fine-" She replied weakly. " What just happened?"

" Let me remind you." David whispered seductivly smiling as he placed his lips over hers again.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Seventeen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 10:55 pm

" Good Morning, Alexandria." A southern women by the name of Samantha replied.

" Good morning Samantha, how are you today?" Alex replied smiling broadly as she walked through the door with her coffee. Her and Samantha were always the first two to arrive in the morning, and will be the only two at work for 3 hours.

Samantha worked in the desk next to Alex. She and Alex had worked together for 3 years. Samantha was the typical blonde; big blue eyes, long blonde hair, and yes, even the big boobs.

" Someones in a good mood this morning." Samantha smiled as she looked through a magazine, waiting for customers to walk in.

" That's because I am." She lowered herself into her chair, setting her coffee on her desk.

" Details, Alex!" Samantha through her magazine on the desk. " You met a guy didn't you?" Alex just sipped her coffee. Samantha's blue eyes widened. "Who?"

" Just a guy, Samantha." Alex chuckled slipping her jacket off and placing it on her chair. " It's not official yet."

" Well, tell me who he is!" Samantha walked over and sat on top of Alex's desk, urgent to know who the mysterious man was.

" Well, his name is Sebastien Izambard."Alex replied she could feel her self smiling and feeling more happy as his face came to mind.

Samantha smiled as she listened to Alex talking about the guy she had met. She could tell Sebastien was a good guy, she had never seen Alex so happy. She could see it ini Alex's face and the way she had been presenting herself, Sebastien must be treating Alex right.

" He sound like an amazing guy!" Samantha flipped her hair back. " But you have to tell me, is he good looking?" Her blue eyes glissening.

" Now, the physical appearance does not matter." Alex said avoiding the question.

" That good looking huh?" Samantha nodded.

" Okay, yes, he is very attractive." Alex admitted taking her gaze towards her desk.

" Well, I'm glad you found someone, Alex." Samantha's high heels making rythm on the wooden floor as she headed back to her desk.

" Me too." Alex sighed. Alex flipped her hair to the side as she pulled out a magazine from her purse for her to look through.

As both of the girls flipped through magazines waiting for customers and making small talk, a man with dressed in a 'Fed X' type wear, carring a vase full of flowers walked through the door. Samantha looked over at Alex showing her whites broadly.

" You don't know." Alex rolled her eyes, knowing what Samantha was thinking

" May I help you?" Samantha asked looking up at the man who stoped infront of her desk.

" Yes, is there a Alexandria Buhler here?" The man smiled politely. Alex's eyes widened realizing the boque of flowers was for her. This has never happened to her before.

" Yes, she is right over there." Samantha smiled pointing towards Alex with her pen. Alex smiled kindly as the man walked towards her.

" I believe these are for you." The man smiled down at her. " I just need you to sign this." He replied as he handed her a pen and the paper. Alex agreeabley sighned as
watched as the man left.

" Seems like someone loves you!" The man shouted before walking out the door.

" Indeed someone does." Samantha smiled looking over at Alex. Alex scanned over the beautiful roses.

" They're absolutly beautiful!" Alex beamed as she placed her nose against them gently.

" Who is it from?" Samantha asked. Alex looked at the card and smiled as she read what was written inside. " Oh, I see!" Samantha responded to Alex's smile. " What does it say?"

Alex proudly smiled and straighted herself out as she began to read out oud. " To Alexandria, these are for you to thank you for the lovely weekend, Sebastien." Alex smiled broadly again as she placed the card to the side.

" That is so sweet!" Samantha cupped her hands together playfully. " How did he know roses were your favorite flower?"

" I don't think he did!" Alex looked confused. Now that she thought about it, she never had any discussion anything like that, how did Sebastien know? " But, I'm sure as hell going to find out!" She smiled as she picked up her cell phone.

* * * *
" Have a good day at school, honey!" Sebastien leaned against the door frame as he waved his hand in the air as Katie backed up her new mustang.

" Have a good day at work!" Katie shouted as she drove off.

Sebastien chuckled as he headed back inside the house, sipping his cup of coffee. She truly looked like she belonged in that car. He sipped his cup of coffee as he headed towards his bedroom; he needed to get dressed for work. Just as he zipped up his pants his phone started to ring, he looked at the ID as he picked it up. Confused he didn't know who it was, he thought about letting them leave a message. He was just about to, but then decided he should go ahead and pick it up.

" Hello?" He flipped his phone open. " Oh, bonjour madam muisel." He smiled.

" Thank you for the flowers." Alex smiled on the other end.

" No problem, Alexandria." Sebastien ran his hand through his hair. " Did you read my note?"

" Yes, I did." Alex replied softly. " And it was very sweet, thank you."

" I hope you like the flowers." Sebastien smiled.

" Oh, yeah about that, how did you know that roses were my favorite flower?" She asked.

" They are?" Sebastien asked shocked at what she just told him. "Lucky guess, I guess." He chuckled, feeling very proud of himself, he knew he picked the right ones.

" You didn't know?" Alex asked.

" No, I don't think at least." Sebastien pondered.

" Well, you did a very nice job, thank you." Alex replied sweetly.

Alex smiled, she loved hearing his voice, and hearing how nice and gentle he was towards her.

" Listen I was thinking last night about the request in your note." Alex replied.

" Realy?" Sebastien's face ligheted up, feeling butterflies enter his stomach. Wondering what her answer would be.

Sebastien wanted nothing more, then for her to say yes, and that they would take things seriously. Ever since he went to her house to fix her air conditoiner, he could feel a connection from her. She offered him wine and politness when he needed it the most, and when he was thinking back to his wife. Everytime he would think back to her, he would just feel sad and betrayed, he didn't want to feel that anymore. He knew that Alex would take that feeling away from him, she did the first time he saw her.

" Yeah, and I just want to tell you that I would love to go on a date!" Alex continued, feeling herself screaming with enjoy inside.

" Do you mean that Alexandria?" Sebastien lowered himself down on the bed, excited to hear the news.

" Of course, Sebastien!" Alex replied. " I don't know why I wouldn't."

" Well, I'm just glad to hear it." Sebastien replied. " Should I pick you up?"

Alex smiled over the phone as they made arrangement over the phone of what time he was gong to pick her up. She could feel herself getting more excited than ever, she was going to see him tonight!

" I'm so happy for you." Samantha smiled after Alex flipped her phone shut.

" Why?" Alex chuckled as she placed her phone back in her purse, setting her purse down on the floor next to her chair.

" Just the fact that you found someone else to make you happy." Samantha replied gently. " You have been alone for too long, Alex."

" Yeah, I know." Alex nodded. " I know, it's time for me to move on."

With that said, they both returned to their magazines waiting for clients. Even though Alex was looking at the words on the white pages, she could get them to register into her brain. She couldn't stop thinking about Sebastien, and how excited she was! She got to see him again, look at his eyes, and hear his voice!

She looked at the clock, she knew it was going to be a long day, only 10 hours until he would be standing in her door way!

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapte Eighteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:01 pm

Alex had finally gotten home from a long day at work. She knew that the work day was going to be long from her looking at the clock every five seconds, wondering if it was time for her to go home yet. She wasn't worried at what time she had gotten home, her date wasn't due for another three hours so she had plenty time to get ready.

" Alex is that you?" Urs asked as he heard the sound of the front door being shut.

" Yeah." Alex replied tiredly. She was exausted from all the customers, and all the chatting from them.

She set her purse down on the little table, kicked off her high heels, and placed her coat on the rack as she made her way to the kitchen to have a glass of wine. She placed the vase of roses on the table, as she entered the kitchen.

" Tough day huh?" Urs asked from the living room, seeing the look on Alex's face, and seeing her reach for the wine bottle.

" Just about." Alex replied pouring the liquid in a glass. " Do you want some?"

" Yes please." Urs replied not taking his eyes off the newspaper. " So what time is your date tonight?" Urs asked.

" About seven." Alex replied walking into the living room. " Here you go." She handed Urs the wine glass.

" Thank you." Urs smiled placing his paper down on the table " Oh this came for you." Urs replied as he handed Alex a big yellow envelope.

" Oh, they finally decided to reply back." Alex replied taking the envelope and sitting down next to Urs.

" What does it say?" Urs asked as Alex opened the object. A frown came across her face as she continued to read it. "Whats the matter?" Urs asked

" They didn't like my photos." Alex replied softly as she took her photographs from the envelope.

" I'm sorry." Urs pulled Alex into him as she placed all the photos on the table along with the envelope.

" I can't beleive it." Alex replied softly taking a drink, after she hugged her brother. " I thought they for sure were going to except me."

" Someone will, Alex." Urs replied rubbing her back. " Trust me, they must be fools to not except you." Alex took the last sip of her wine.

" I need more." She replied as she stood up, holding the empty glass in hand.

" I think you should wait 'till after your date." Urs replied looking up at her. " You know what happends when stress and your favorite drink is mixed."

Alex pause, Urs was right. She couldn't let this get in the way of her date with Sebastien. This was something she had been waiting for for a long time, she didn't want to ruin it, and she definetly didn't want her photographs to get in the middle of it.

" You're right Urs." Alex smiled as she turned to look at Urs. " I don't know what I was thinking." She sat back down next to him.

" What you need is to have a good time." Urs replied wrapping his arm around her. " Show Sebastien what a great girl your truly are!"

" Thank you, Urs." Alex replied as she smiled at her brother.

" Well, I'm off." Urs replied standing up. A confused look came acrossed Alex's face.

" Where are you going?" Alex asked looking up at him.

" I'm going to hang out with the guys." Urs replied " I should be back at around 12 or so, so don't stay up for me."

" Okay, " Alex smiled. " Not a problem."

Urs usually had a guys night with his pals. The night would usually consist of pool, poker, and some drinking. Urs was smart enough to not drink too much though, and he would usually be home around 12 or later like he said. Alex had never been to one of their guys night, she was afraid she would be interupting them, and plus it was for the guys only.

" Good luck on your date." Urs replied as he made his way to the door. " Make sure you tell me what happeneds tomorrow."

" Okay, I will Urs." Alex smiled still sitting on the couch. "Have fun!"

Alex made her way to the shower after Urs had left. She wanted to impress Sebastien as much as she could, and she wanted to look her best. As she stepped into the shower, she thought about what happened with her photos, and how she didn't get accepted again. She knew that they all couldn't say yes to her, but photography is something she had always wanted to do. She began to wash her hair, letting the warmth of the water soak in her skin as she made the conclusion that she wouldn't let this effect her evening with the most important man that could be in her life.

* * * * *

"So you're going to see her tonight?" Katie asked.

" Yes." Sebastien smiling from ear to ear. He had never felt so happy in his life. " I'm looking forward to this honey don't be upset." He looked at her, noticing Katie slightly frown.

" What makes you think I'm upset? I'm not upset." Katie lied leaning against the door frame of his bedroom, quickly whiping the look of dissapointment off her face.

" Don't you remember the talk I had with you yesterday?" Sebastien asked as he checked his hair in his mirror.

" So what is her name?" Katie asked changing the subject. She knew they had a talk, she didn't want to go throught the discussion again. "You never did mention her name."

" Alexandria Buhler." Sebastien replied still looking at his hair.

" That's a very beautiful name." Katie replied as she sat down on his bed looking up at him.

" Indeed, I even call her by her first full name." Sebastien replied " Everytime I do, she blushes, and she looks so cute." Katie giggled at her dads reply.

" Dad you're so weird." She shook her head.

"Ah, but that one of my best qualities." Sebastien winked as he turned around to look at her. " Don't you think?" Placing his hands on his hips playfully.

" Well," Katie rolled her eyes

" Never mind, don't answer that." Sebastien chuckled quickly turning back to his mirror.

" I was going to say you're funny looking but okay." Katie stood up.

" Well, that's another best quality of mine." Sebastien smiled as he watched her get up in the reflection of the mirror. " Now are you leaving? 'Cause I kind of want to get changed, and I don't want people ti think that-"

" Okay, okay. Hold your horses!" Katie rolled her eyes as she lazily made her way to the door. "Frenchman!" She mumbled.

" Hey! Hey! Hey! Your half!" Sebastien shouted as he saw her leave out the door.

" And who's fault is that?" Katie's voice shouted from the living room.

Sebastien chuckled and shook his head at his daughter as he shut his bedroom door. The butterflies entered his stomach as he was thinking about what was going to happen tonight. He was nervouse, and excited all at the same time, he didn't know how to react to these feelings, he hadn't felt this way in a long time. The last time he felt this way was when he found out he was about to have a daughter. How wonderful that day was!

He pulled up his faded blue jeans as Alex's face came to his mind. How he wanted to see her again, and to hold her against him. Ever since he met her, he had the urge to hold her close, whispering sweet nothings in her ear. He wanted to make her smile, make her laugh and maybe even kiss her. Those soft lips were calling to him, needing to be touched again. Her eyes were calling to him as well, telling him she wanted to me someone's special girl, and only girl.

Sebastien looked at himself in the mirror as he placed the last button of his white buttoned up shirt in the hole. He exhaled deeply, making his cheeks puff out, and checked his hair one last time. " You can do this Izambard." He told himself looking in the mirror. "You can do this!" He looked at himself one last time in the mirror, before he walked out of his bedroom, and into the living room.

" How do I look?" Sebastien asked his daughter as he rose his arms in the air. Katie looked up at him from her magazine

" You look very handsome!" She she as she stood up. " This is a very nice shirt!" She looked up at him before giving him a hug.

" Thank you honey." Sebastien replied as he wrapped his arms around her.

" You even have cologn on!" Katie giggled still her arms around him, inhailing his sent. Sebastien laughed and shook his head at her tone.

" Well, I'm trying to look nice." Sebastien looked down at Katie after breaking apart from their hug.

" Don't worry. " Katie replied. " You will be just fine."

" Thank you." Sebastien exhaled deeply. " I needed to hear that."

" What time is your date?" Katie asked sitting back down on the couch, returning to her magazine.

" About seven o' clock." Sebastien replied sitting next to her. Katie looked at the clock on the wall infront of them.

" Dad." Katie's eyebrows furrowed looking over at her father.

" Yeah, honey?" Sebastien asked turning on the television

" Its seven thirty."

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Nineteen   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:02 pm

Alex looked up at the clock from the television. The hand just turned to the 30 after seven. Did she here wrong? Maybe she thought Sebastien said eight instead, but yet, wasn't sure. Even it was at seven, where the hell was he? He was supposed to be here. She shook her head, as she tried not to think badly about him, it is a common mistake alot of men make, or was it? She looked down at herself, seeing that she wore a halter top black dress, hoping to impress him, and hoping to look a little attractive. She hoped she wasn't getting stood up. That was the last thing she wanted, but she knew deep in her heart that Sebastien wouldn't do that. She turned back to her television trying not to worry too much about it, and pushing all the bad thoughts out of her mind.

" I will just give him 30 more minutes." Alex sighed as she rested her head against the couch. Hoping that the amount of time that she gave him, wouldn't be what Sebastien needed.

* * * *
" I can't believe I'm late!" Sebastien stood up quickly, panicking. " What the hell is wrong with me?" He rushed to his room to look for his car keys.

" Maybe she's on your mind too much." Katie chuckled as she kept looking at her magazine.

No sooner did those words exit from Katie's mouth, Sebastien ran out his bedroom door with a black leather jacket on and his keys in hand. He couldn't beleive that he was late, and on his first date! He knew this was going to be a great impression on him for Alex, he couldn't beleive what was happening!

"Okay honey I love you!" Sebastien shouted quickly, breaking from his thoughts as he stepped out the door, and ran to his car.

" Love you too, I guess." Katie sighed after Sebastien through the door shut behind him.

Katie knew she wasn't suppose to be mad at her dad for tonight, after the talk they had yesterday, and the mustang he had purchased for her. But, so far it seems like he is not going to spend much time with her. She knew he told her, she knew it's what he wanted her to know before this all happened, but it just all felt too soon for Katie. One minute it seemed he was hers, now he is going to belong to someone else. Katie didn't feel she was ready for all of this, and the worst part was, her dad didn't even ask her if it was okay

* * * * *

Alex sighed and turned off the television; she didn't know what to do. She would either call him, or just go get changed back into her normal clothes. She hated thinking about being stood up, especialy with a man who she's very interested in. Sebastien, was too big of a gentlemen to do this, there was no way he could. Unless the whole thing was an act; the pulling out the chair for people, kissing her hand, why would he go through all that trouble to call it off? Even if he didn't want to do this date, he would have called to let her know.

She sat up and decided to change into her clothes, feeling awfully derpressed about this whole thing; her not getting excepted with her pictures, and then Sebastien. She headed for her bedroom when she heard a knock on the door. The knock startled her and almost made her jump out of her skin. Butterflies had re-entered her stomach as she looked through the peep hole. It was him! She smiled as she scanned her eyes over the frenchman she was so glad to see him infront of her door! She straightned her dress out and breathed in deeply before greating him with a smile.

" Hello." She smiled, making her voice seem calm even though she was indeedly excited.

Sebastien looked up at her, and thought that his breath was nearly knocked out of him, she was gorgeous!

" I am so sorry I am late." Sebastien finaly said, his face filled with nervousness, and apology. " I don't know what happened."

" It's okay, Sebastien." Alex nodded " Where are my manners? Would you like to come in?"

Sebastien eyed Alex, and her dress. She looked so beautiful, her skin having a certain glow to her. If he knew she was going to dress this nice, he would have put something on a little more decent. He didn't know how he was going to impress her now, with him arriving late, and looking casual and all.

" Sure." Sebastien replied weakly stepping inside. He still felt nervouse about the date, and feeling bad about him arriving late.

" Just let me get my purse." Alex replied before leaving the room.

Sebastien sighed deeply as he stood there, waiting for Alex to return. He couldn't beleive that he was late, and on their first date. His breathing began to quicken as he thought about what was going to happen the rest of the night, and if he was going to screw something more up. He liked Alex, he liked her alot, and he doesn't know how he is going to make it up to her now.

" Okay, are you ready to go?" Alex asked as she re- entered the room.

" These are for you." He smiled, pulling his arm from behind his back.

" Oh, Sebastien!" She smiled as she accepted the flowers in her hands. " More roses? They're beautiful!"

" I wanted to make it up to you for arriving late, but to tell you the truth, I don't think I can ever make it up to you." Sebastien replied shyly, placing his hands in his pockets.

" Sebastien it's okay." Alex placed her hand on his shoulder. " It's not the worse thing in the world, and you are very sweet." She smiled at him before going into the kitchen. "Just let me place these in the vase with the other roses and we can go." She replied.

" I hope you're hungry." Sebastien replied as he followed her into the kitchen. " I think the place I picked out for us... is good enough." He leaned against the kitchen table.

" Where did you pick?" Alex asked placing the roses in the vase, looking over at him.

" That I can't tell you." Sebastien winked. " It's a surprise."

" Come on!" Alex pleaded. " Tell me, please?"

" I'll tell you when we get there." Sebastien chuckled.

" Fine." Alex pouted childishly as she reached for her purse. " Okay I'm ready to go."

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Twenty   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:03 pm

Through the whole ride in Sebastien's car, the two of them only talked a little. But, mostly in silence for they did not know what to say to eachother, and they wanted to save most of the conversation for the dinner. Alex kept on asking Sebastien where they were going, hoping that he would give in and tell her, but Sebastien stood his guard and wouldn't say a word. He smiled to himself as he listened to how she sounded when she pleaded him to tell her where he was taking her.

Once they arrived at there destination, Alex couldn't beleive where Sebastien decided to go. He eyes widened as she still sat in the car, looking at the brightly lit restaurant they decided on. It was a French restraunt that Alex knew all to well. She closed her eyes as her mind went back to the day she first entered this restaurant, this restaurant was the place where Brian took her on their first date. She couldn't believe that Sebastien had taken her here of all places.

" I thought since it was our first date, I thought I would make it special." Sebastien replied as he opened Alex's door, whos eyes were still in a daze and shocked.

" It's okay, it won't bite you." Sebastien chuckled seeing the look on her face.

Alex felt her face color as she realized Sebastien was standing infront of her, and that he had noticed her facial expression.

" Sorry, I lost my train of thought." Alex stepped out of the car, the feeling of embarrasement still taking over her.

" Shall we, then?" Sebastien smiled kindly as he raised his arm, waiting for Alex to except and wrap hers in his.

Alex smiled as she wrapped her arm inside of Sebastien's, feeling his warm smile melt into her skin. She couldn't help but smile back, she still couldn't believe she was back here again. It seemed so long ago since she had dined in a fine place such as this, and Sebastien had brought it back to her.

Once they had entered the restaurant, Alex felt immideatly relaxed. The feeling she had always felt when she was with someone in the French Diner. She smiled as she scanned her eyes over everything that was recognizeable to her. The small bar to the left of the room that she remembered was still in it's place as last time, as well as all the red tables, red chairs, cream colored walls, booth tables out lining the size of the room, and of course the dance floor. She smiled as her eyes were fixed on the couples that were dancing to the soft music that was playing in the background, how happy they seem to be to one another.

" There's our table cherie." Sebastien's french accent rang through her mind as she felt her feet follow the direction Sebastien was leading.

They reached their table and he chose a nice one of that! It was a little private table in the corner of the room in which was sitting infront of the window. Where you could feast your eyes on the beautiful lights of New York, and a beautiful Gardin that was just down the rose a little ways. Alex smiled as Sebastien pulled her chair out for her, making her feel so at ease and not so nervouse about this date. She smiled up at him in a ' Thank You' before Sebastien had taken his placed into his seat.

" What will you have, Alexandria?" Sebastien asked as they both opened up there menues.

" Oh my!" Alex's eyes widened as her eyes scanned quickly over the menu. She didn't remember this the last time she was here. " It's all in French."

" I'm so sorry cherie, I did not even thank about it." Sebastien shook his head in embarrassment. " I knew this was a French restaurant, but I didn't think it would be .... that french!" He chuckled, almost hinting to himself.

" It's alright Sebastien, you did not know." Alex smiled sweetly over at him. " This is a fine restaurant indeed, you have done a lovely job. And a lovely job at picking the table I might add!"

" Merci, Alexandria." Sebastien blushed at her comments. " Would you like me to translate the menu for you?"

" Oh you're so sweet Sebastien, but why don't we save the trouble and just order what you think will be just perfect." She smiled at him again, patting her hand on his lightly.

No sooner did Alex suggest her reasoning, the waitor had arrived at their table, and asked for their order. Alex sat there calmly taking in every word of French that was escaping from Sebastien's mouth. He spoke it so beautifuly, and so kindly, she wanted to know what he was truly saying. The waitor soon left and Sebastien and Alex were alone again.

" Don't worry I ordered some Red Wine for us." Sebastien chuckled, as he looked over at her.

They both sat patiently, waiting for the food as they talked about work, and family. Sebastien couldn't help but noticed how beautiful she looked tonight, and how beautifully she acted towards him. It seemed that being rude and being hurtful to others was a foreighn language to her, and he loved that so much. Her eyes were so loving, and kindness, he felt like he was the only man there, and that the other people around them were just 'extras' in there scene.

A few minutes later the waitor had brought over there food, and couldn't wait to start eating. Alex indeed like the food that Sebastien had ordered for her, and smiled at him in a ' Thank You' once again, glad that he saved her from embarrassment.

" You know, I realy appreciate you helping me with the air conditioner." Alex looked up at Sebastien from her food. Sebastien smiled at her, enjoying to hear how kind she is to him. " So, I just want to say thank you." She smiled kindly at him, returning his smile.

" It's not a problem, Alexandria." Sebastien smiled sweetly.

Alex blushed again hearing him say her name in his accent. He said it so beautifully. Sebastien laughed quietly to himself, seeing her blush as he returned to his food. She looked so cute in her own shade of pink.

" How is the food?" Sebastien asked, looking back at her once more.

" It is very delicious." Alex nodded, with a full mouth. She then covered her mouth with her hand. " I just wish I knew how to speak French."
.
" Did you not take it in High School?" Sebastien asked dabbing his fork on a piece of chicken.

" No, I took Spanish instead." She shook her head at herself. " Like that helped! I don't even remember anything from that class anymore. I should have took French instead."

" Maybe, when you're free, I could teach you." Sebastien smiled.

Alex almost chocked on her food after hearing Sebastien's comment, was he hitting on her? Or was he just trying to help? She couldn't tell the difference, but she was happy about his offer.

" I would love that." She smiled sweetly at him.

The rest of the dinner was pretty much enjoyable. Each had plenty to say, and when there was silence, it was happy and comforting, and the food was delicous. Even though they hadn't said anything in the silent moments, there eyes would say enough to eachother as they glanced at one another.

Sebastien thought she was so beautiful, and was wondering if he should kiss her tonight. Would it ruin things between them if they were to kiss? Would she be comfortable? If he was to kiss her, would she turn him away? He wasn't sure, and he wasn't sure of how he was suppose to do it. But as he thought about it, he came to the conclusion, that there was truly only one way to find out.

As the waitor collected the empty plates after they had eaten, Alex glanced over at the dancing couples in the middle of the floor. She was wondering if Sebastien would enjoy dancing with her that night. She noticed as the woman would rest there heads against the mens chests during the slow song, she's been wanting to do that in a long time. But, she was yet scared that she wasn't ready for a serious relationship again.

Sebastien noticed Alex looking towards the dancing couples and was wondering if she would like to dance. Sebastien looked at the expression on her face and he knew he had found his answer.

" Would you like to dance, cherie?" Sebastien smiled after he had given the waitor the money.

Alex looked at him quickly from the couples, he must have seen her staring, and she could feel her cheeks color.

" Uh-" was all she could get out. She didn't know how to react, she wasn't sure if he wanted to dance with her.

" I will take that as a yes." Sebastien chuckled as he stood up, and raised his hand out for her to accept.

Alex looked at him for a second before deciding that it would be okay, that no harm could be done. She smiled and recieved his hand as she stood up, and as Sebastien led her to the middle of the floor.

Alex grabbed Sebastien's hand and placed the other one on his shoulder. She wanted so badly to place her head against his chest, just to feel his heart beat against her ear. She looked up at him smiling before she decided to speak.

" I have a secret to tell you." She whispered as they began to slowly sway back and forth.

" And what would that be, cherie?" Sebastien leaned in to her, whispering back.

" I have two left feet." She giggled as she glanced up at his green eyes.

" Realy? I never realized!" Sebastien chuckled as he looked down to check out her feet.

" No, I mean I can't dance very well." Alex giggled at Sebastien's response.

" Oh, right." Sebastien acted as he smiled down at her. "But if it makes you feel better, cherie, I'm not that good of a dancer neither." He leaned in and whipsered in her ear.

Alex shook as she could feel his warm breath hitting against her skin, she could feel her skin create goosebumps again as they continued to sway back and forth. She haden't felt this way in a long time.

" But I do know this." Sebastien released his one hand that was inside Alex's and placed both on her lower back. " We need to be a little closer." He smiled down at her, as if he was intending something else.

Alex could feel her breathing quicken, as she felt Sebastien warm hands against her back, and feeling his body against hers. She for sure thought she was going to pass out from the excitement that was going through her mind, she realy liked him, and every little move that he made, was sure to make her melt. The way he smiled at her, the way he spoke, the way he flirted, she was going to melt! She placed her hands behind his neck, lacing her fingers together as they proceeded to dance.

" I don't see what the fuss is about, you're a terrific dancer." Sebastien smiled at down at her, his eyes meeting hers.

Alex could feel her self blushing again.

" You're not used to compliments are you?" Sebastien chuckled quietly.

" Well, it's been a while I guess you can say." Alex looked up at him, not beeing able to look away from him. He had her hypnotized. " But, you're not so bad yourself."

" Oh, thank you." Sebastien smiled.

Sebastien smiled as Alex leaned in and placed her head against him. The hair on his arms stood up as he felt her hands slide from the back of his neck to his shoulders, how smoothly she moved them. He surely thought it was the breeze in the air that made his hair stand, but he knew that wasn't the truth there, and it was infact the movement of Alex's hands. He was so happy that Alex was resting against him, it gave him more information about her, saying that she was comfortable with him. He placed his chin on top of her head lightly as the continued to sway back and forth to the slow music.

It was true, Sebastien haden't danced with anyone since his Celia, and didn't know if he was ever going to forget her. But as Sebastien and Alex continued to dance, he smiled down at her, and realized that the feeling he had towards Alex was love, and it was real. Sebastien was falling for her.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Twenty One   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:03 pm

The date was a big success, and the two of them were very satisfied of how things went, all accept the absents of the kiss. After the lovely dance, Sebastien decided that it was best that they should leave and see if there was anything else that they could do. After pondering for a little bit, Alex made a suggestion that they could go to her place, and have a wine or two. She wasn't sure if that was the right thing to do, but she didn't want this date to be over, and she deffinetly wanted to stay with him a little longer.

After Sebastien had agreed after confirmation, and making sure it was okay, they took a cab. They made little chit chat, but mostly comfortable silence. As Alex looked out the window of the cab, she was thinking of how far she should take her and Sebastien. She wasn't sure if she was falling for him or not, and even if she was 'in love' with him, she had to make sure that he felt the same way. There was definetly a feeling there whenever she was around him, it was just something she couldn't quite put her finger on. She smiled as she thought about him and her dancing, how funny he was about thinking she realy did have two left feet, and how caring he was for her. She smiled broader as she thought about how good his hands felt on her, and how gentle they caressed her lower back.

Alex jumped a little as she could hear someones voice in the cab, interupting her thoughts.

" We're here." Sebastien replied as he looked across at her. " I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you." He chuckled noticing her jump.

" I'm sorry, I was just too deep in my thoughts." She chuckled nervously as her cheeks began to color again. She had never blushed so many times in one day.

" What were you thinking about?" Sebastien smirked as he paid the cab driver

" That is only for me, not you." She giggled as she stepped out of the car.

" Can't you just tell me?" He begged as he followed her outside, as the cab drove off into moonlit road.

" Maybe, if your nice to me." She smiled looking back at him, waiting for him to catch up.

" Well, that's easy." He smiled once he had reached towards her " In fact, I think I've been doing that all night."

" Are you saying that it's an effort to be nice?" She smiled at him as they made there way inside, and towards the elevator.

" Well, you know." He chuckled as they stopped infront of the elevator, waiting for it to open.

" Very nice Mr. Sebastien, I will remember that next time you want some red wine." She giggled.

" You know I'm just kidding." He wrapped his arm around her waist, smiling.

As they waited patiently for the elevator doors to open, he noticed of how she reacted as he placed his arm around her. Which, was she didn't hesitate, it seemed she was perfectly fine with him of where he was. He wasn't sure at first if he should wrap his arm around her, but, he liked her, and he didn't want to waste on minute.

" I guess it would make sense considering you were late for out date tonight." Alex replied playfully at the fact of him making an effort to be nice to her.

" Oh, that's nice!" Sebastien chuckled, shocked at what she just said. " Are you still wanting me to come up or not?"

" Of course! Now I'm the one who is just kidding." She smiled.

The elevator doors finaly opened and they walked inside, waiting to reach Alex's apartment room. They stood in the elevator watching the brightly lit lights count up, hoping to get there soon so they could spend more time together. Sebastien would catch himself smiling as he would look down at her, she was just amazing. He sank his finger tips into her side gently, not wanting to let her go, saving everymoment.

" You can go ahead and make yourself comfortable on the couch." Alex nodded towards the living room as they finally walked into her aparment. " I will just be a few minutes getting our drinks." She shut the apartment door behind them.

Sebastien nodded as he made his way to the living room, taking his jacket off, and placing it just ontop of the arm of the couch. He sat down and waited patiently for her to return. He glanced down at the table as he waited noticing a yellow envelope with photographs spread around on top. One photo had caught Sebastien and without hesitation he picked it up and studied the work put that was put into it. The photograph was in black and white, with a close up of a little girl who looked about 4 or 5 blowing bubbles in the air, with her short dark hair blowing the same direction as the bubbles.

Sebastien smiled, the little girl looked so cute and whoever had taken the picture did a very good job and had talent.

" Damn it!"

Sebastien quickly looked up and noticed the voice was coming from the kitchen.

"Alex?" He asked in concern, placing the photo quickly on the table and making his way to the kitchen.

An expression of confusion swept across his face as he saw Alex kneeling down on the floor, with her back facing him, her black dress growing tight against her figure as she knelt down.

"Alexandria?" He asked again, causing her to turn to look at him. His eyes scanned her hands, noticing blood escaping from them. " Oh my god what happened?" He hurried over to her, a look of concern sweeping across his face.

" I accedently dropped the bottle, and I was trying to pick up the mess, before you would come in and hurt yourself." She replied, little in shock realizing how much blood was escaping from her hands.

" You should be more concerned of you then me." Sebastien replied sadly seeing her hurt. He grabbed her arms gently, helping her to her feet.

" I just didn't want you to hurt yourself." Alex replied looking in his eyes, as they stood from the floor.

" Where is your bathroom?" He asked her feeling for her more than ever, his eyes locking on hers.

" That way." She nodded behind him.

" I'm so sorry this has happened, I should have been in there with you." Sebastien replied as he took hold of her wrist gently, making his way in the direction Alex nodded.

" It's not your fault Sebastien." Alex replied as they entered the bathroom " I just wasn't careful is all, I tend to be clumsy." She chuckled nervously.

" That doesn't stop me from feeling sympathy." Sebastien replied as he turned on the water. " Here let me do this for you." He replied as he placed her hands under the warm water, causing her to squint a little. Sebastien examined the cuts on her hands as he continued to wash the goosing blood away. " It doesn't look to bad, I don't think it needs stitches."

Alex could feel her self becoming light headed, she didn't know why. She wasn't sure if it was the sight of blood, or the fact of how close she was to Sebastien, and how gentle he was being with her. Granted, they danced, but the dancing was nothing compared to this. She looked to see if there was a chair in sight, she needed to sit down quickly.

" Sebastien, is it okay if you pull that chair behind me over here." She nodded behind her, finally seeing the makeup chair behind her. " I kind of need to sit down." She replied almost faintly.

Sebastien quickly grabbed the chair and placed under her as she slowly lowerd herself onto the seat.

" Does that feel better, cherie?" He asked as he continued to keep her hands under the water. He quickly tipped the empty trash can that was behind him over for him to sit.

" Yes, very much, thank you." She said blushing once more, loving the way he called her 'cherie'.

" I'm going to put some soup on this to clean it." He warned her. " So it might sting a little."

" Okay." She replied a little warily, afraid of how bad the pain is going to be. She winced as Sebastien applied the thick, cold cream and rubbed his thumbs gently against her the open wounds.

Alex eyed him as he cleaned her hands, it seem the muscles that were seeping through his buttoned up shirt caused her to forget about the pain. She didn't know how she was ever going to repay him for what he was doing. She looked at him as he continued to apply the soap to her hands, he was so gentle and kind there was no way she was going to let him go. The same feeling swept over Alex again as she sat there, letting Sebastien aid her into the cleaning. It was then she realized, the feeling was actually love..... Alex was falling for Sebastien.

" Okay, I think we are going to have to do some more cleaning." Sebastien replied cautiously as he turned the water off.

" What do you mean?" Alex asked a little waridly after escaping her thoughts.

" Well, do you have any peroxide?" He asked carefully taking hold of her hands.

" Oh that kind of care." Her eyes widened realizing what needed to be done. " Yes, just behind the mirror." She nodded to the mirror behind Sebastien.

" I'm so sorry, cherie. I know it will sting, but the sooner I apply the liquid the better." He replied sadly as he took out the medium sized brown bottle from the medicine cabinet and a few cotton balls.

" No I understand, I know what it going to feel like." She nodded nervously just hoping to get this over with.

Alex eyed him as she watched him apply the liquid to the cotton ball, she knew it wasn't the end of the world to applying this certain liquid to her deep cuts, but his certain liquid hurt like hell, and she couldn't stand pain very well. She winced as the liquid reached the inside of her skin, the liquid bubbling as a sign that it was working in killing the bacteria inside. She sat there gritting her teeth, not wanting to cry from the pain and the burning sensation insider her hands. She did not want to embarrasse herself again, and cry infront of Sebastien.

Sebastien's heart ached, he could tell she was in pain from the tear that escaping from her eye and down her cheek. He didn't like her this way, and worst of all he was the one causing it.

" So how was work today?" He asked her trying to keep her mind off the pain.

" It was good." She replied through almost gritted teeth. " I got the most beautiful flowers today." She winked, trying to keep both their moods happy.

" Oh, realy?" Sebastien smiled as he applied the liquid to her second hand. Alex winced a little more. " Can you tell me who they are from?"

" I don't know some boy." She rolled her eyes playfully. Sebastien laughed quietly, glad that she was keeping her sense of humor up." Well, if a man gives a women flowers, she must be very special." He winked.

" No, I think he just did that out of pity." She giggled trying looking at him for a reaction.

" No, I think that guy is smart for giving you flowers." He smiled. " Did you have a lot of clients today?"

" Not to bad, but then again I realy don't like work." She replied, flipping her hair back from her face.

" Yeah, I know what you mean, but we all have to do things we don't want to." He nodded, knowing that she was right. "Okay all done with the crappy part." His voice saddned thinking about he look on her face from him applying the peroxide to her skin. He through the cotton balls in the bin next to him. " Do you have any wrapped around bandges?"

" I have a small first aid kit." She nodded behind him once more.

Sebastien carefully wrapped the cotton bandage around both of her hands, hoping that they would heal soon.

" Thank you so much, Sebastien." Alex shook her head, in disbalieve that all of this has happened. " You are so wonderful. And I'm sorry that I ruined our evening."

" You didn't, Alexandria. It was just an accedent, it happends." He replied as he wrapped the final bandage around her second hand.

" Well, I still feel bad." Her features softned.

" Well don't be." Sebastien replied as he placed all of the items back into the medicine cabinet.

" How can I make it up to you?" Alex persisted.

Sebastien sighed as he realized that she was as stubborn as he was.

" You don't have to, but you can always have a second date with me, if you realy feel that bad." He smiled taking her hands in his. " That is when these lovelies heal first." He glanced down at her bandaged hands.

Alex thought about it, she would love to go on a second date with him. But, was he feelilng the same way she was towards him? Perhaps she was judging to quickly, and too soon and thought she would give him another chance. She only had seen him 4 times and she had already fallen for him, she couldn't believe it. He was just so wonderful to her, how could she let him go?

Sebastien smiled at her as he reached his thumb and gently wiped away the tear she shed earlier away from her skin.

" I truly mean what I say, cherie." He replied almost in a whisper.

" Deal." She replied as she smiled at him.

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Twenty Two   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:05 pm

" So what do you want to do now, theres no red wine... anymore." Alex chuckled nervously. She felt embarrased of what had just happened.

" Well, I would hate to come up here just to give you first aid tips." Sebastien chuckled, still having a hold of her hands. " If you want I could go buy some, theres a winery close to here, I saw it on the way over here. I can head over there if you want."

" I would hate for you to pay for it, and for you to go through all that trouble." Alex's features softened once more.

" It's no problem, cherie. Just tell me what you want to do, and I will do it. You want me to leave? I will.... regretfully." He chuckled to himself. " But, I can go down to that little winery and buy us a bottle."

Alex pondered about it, she didn't want him to come up here, all just to take care of her hands and then leave. She would kick herself for kicking him out before anything else.

" Okay, Sebastien." Alex nodded. " Lets have some wine!" Her voice lighted up as she smiled broadly.

" Okay, that sounds better." He smiled as he pressed his lips against her fingers gently, sinking in the kiss.

Alex could feel butterflies in her stomach as she felt Sebastien's warm lips against her fingers. She only wished for those lips to aim somewhere higher up, and more meaningfull. But, she yet it felt too soon to kiss him, she still wasn't sure if Sebastien felt the same about her.

Sebastien pressed his lips against her fingers, almost not wanting to realease. Her fingers were so soft against his lips, he couldn't imagine what her lips would feel like against his. If only he could kiss her, there were alot of moments where he just wanted to grab her at that point and make her his. But he knew it was too soon for her, she still needed to get over Brian. But, he was willing to wait for her, wait untill she was ready.

" Why don't you rest on the couch, while I go out?" Sebastien replied as he helped her up, not knowing if her hands still hurt or not. " It will only take me a few minutes."

" That sounds wonderful." Alex smiled as they headed for the living room. " I just feel bad about you going out there, and me sitting here."

" Alexandria, it's all okay." He kneeled down to her eye level after sitting her down on the couch. " I would be happy to do it for you." He smiled at her reasuringly.

" Okay, only if you realy want to." She rolled her eyes childishly.

" I do." He smiled at her as he continued to look into her eyes.

Alex looked back into his, the whole time they were looking at eachother in silence, it was like their eyes were saying enough to eachother, and making their own conversation. Alex couldn't beleive that this wonderful man had come into her life, she just couldn't get her head around it. She could feel goosbumps starting to dance on her arms as she felt his eyes looking deep in hers, as if they were looking into her soul. Even though she needed to look away, she couldn't find the strength to, he had her hypnotized once more.

" Well, I better go get that bottle before it gets any later." Sebastien stood up quickly. He knew that if he stared into her eyes much longer, he would probably ending up kissing her, and that would be something he didn't want to rush into yet.

" Oh, okay." Alex hesitated as her thoughts went back to reality.

" I will be back in a few." Sebastien replied as he opened the door to the hallway outside.

" I'll be waiting here." She smiled at him as Sebastien turned around to look at her. Sebastien gave her nice smile back before closing the door behind him.

Alex let out a heavy sigh after the door closed, she realy had to breath when she was around him. She glanced down at her wrapped hands, wondering if she was going to be able to work. She probably wouldn't be able to, that's what she needed for her work was her hands. But then again, she could always do side work, and make sure that everyone is doing their jobs, or something like that.

She then thought about Sebastien once more, and how gentle he was handling her hands, and making sure she was prepared for what was coming. As she thought about him, she came to the conclusion that guys like that don't come around often, and she wasn't sure of what to do about it. One thing was for certain, she was starting to have feelings for him, and she wanted to know if he felt the same way, but how?

She sighed once more as she flipped on the television waiting for Sebastien, she was hoping something good was on. A smiled danced acrossed her face as one of her favorite shows was listed on the menu: "My Boys". She gladly pressed the select button, as she started to watch the show. She curled her arm under head and tilted her her head against it as she continued to watch the show, laughing and smiling.

Just as she was getting comfortable she heard a ringing through out the room, it was her mobile. She groaned and cursed to herself as she sat up reaching for her mobile on the end table, hating the fact she had to get out from her comfortable position. She looked at the ID seeing that it was her mother that was calling. Her eyebrows furrowed, and she thought to herself and wonder if she should answer it.

She hasn't spoken to her mother alot since the night she found out about Brian, maybe once a month. Granted, she had called her mother over to keep her company; she didn't know what to do, but she never expected for her mother to act in that certain way, and she was never thought of her mother the same way again. After a few weeks of Brian's death, Alex later found out that her mother couldn't stand Brian, because it reminded her alot like Alex's father. That was something she couldn't get her head around, why on earth woulnd't she like Brian? He was a wonderful man! Of course, her mom had the right to dislike anybody she wanted, but she had no right to react the way she did with Alex that night. Alex knew that her mother would never change back to the way she was, and decided it was no use talking to her.

She layed back on the couch, leaving her phone on the table letting it ring. If it was that important, her mother would leave a voicemail. She wasn't going to listen to her mother complain about Brian again, why did she need to hear something like that? Ever since Brian's passing, her mother thought it was a good time to point the faults about him, and basically tell her that she was better off without him. Alex couldn't take that conversation, and she didn't want those thoughts to be in her head all day.

She returned back to her show, turning the volume up and smiling as the same jokes of the show came in to play. She squinted as she felt the skin of the inside of her hands rub together, she had to get used to the pain, and she wasn't sure how she was going to, it was almost umbareable. She figured that a few days with the pain, she would probably get used to it.

She all of a sudden felt butterflies in her stomach as she could her the door knob from the main door turning, that meant Sebastien was back!

" Who wants wine?"

What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED Empty
PostSubject: Chapter Twenty Three   What You Find By: Alexandria Siren (Alex) FINISHED EmptySun Dec 21, 2008 11:06 pm

Alex looked near the door way to find Sebastien shuting the door behind him, with a sack in hand, he had the wine. She found her eyes tracing from the bag to him. Her eyes outlining his every detail, making sure she didn't miss anything. He was certainly handsome, and she couldn't beleive that someone would be in the least bit interested in her.

" Who wants wine?" Sebastien raised the sack smiling as he found her smiling back at him.

" Me!" She giggled as she raised her hand in the air.

" Where are the wine glasses?" Sebastien asked.

" Let me get them." Alex replied as she was starting to sit up.

" Don't you move a muscle! Don't want you to hurt yourself again!" Sebastien chuckled from the kitchen.

" Cabinate above the oven." Alex replied reluctantly as she re arranged herself for room for both of them on the couch.

" Here you go." Sebastien smiled as he entered the living room, handing her the glass.

" Thank you." She smiled up at him.

" Oh! 'My Boys' huh?" Sebastien sat next to her, glancing at the television.

" Yeah, do you want me to change it?" Alex asked as she reached for the remote on the end table.

" No, no, no, no, no that's okay!" He noticed her reaching for the remote. " I love this show!"

" Realy?" Alex features brightened hearing those words escape from Sebastien's mouth. She never knew a guy who loved the same shows that she did.

" I take it, that's good news for you." Sebastien chuckled, noticing her reaction.

" Yeah, I mean, it's just I never knew a guy who liked this show." She smiled as she sipped her wine, slightly wincing at her hands again.

" How are these?" Sebastien asked taking a hold of her hands in his.

" To be honest, they hurt like hell!" She giggled.

" I'm so sorry." Sebastien replied sadly as he touched his lips to the top of her hands again.

Alex almost fainted feeling the warmth of Sebastien's lips again, she had to get herself together. She didn't want to embarass herself infront of him again.

" Do you think you will be able to work?" Sebastien asked after breaking from his kiss.

" I'm not sure." She looked down at her hands that were tightly wrapped in Sebastien's.

" Well, if anything it will give you time to relax." Sebastien smiled at her, rubbing his thumb on top of her hand.

" That is true, I haven't taken a day off in such a long time." Alex replied.

" Well there you go! Gives you time to yourself... and whatever girls do." Sebastien smiled.

" Yes, we do like time to ourselves sometimes." Alex giggled.

Sebastien and Alex soon broke there hands away from eachother and grabbed their drinks from the end table. As Sebastien grabbed his drink he noticed the photographs again, he wondered if Alex had taken them, and what they were doing scattered around. Was she about to give them to a company? Or did she just get them back?

" Do you like photography?" Alex smiled as she noticed Sebastien's gaze.

Sebastien quickly looked at her from the pictures, feeling himself color as he have been caught.

" Uh, I was just wondering if they were yours." Sebastien picked up the picture of the girl again.

" Yes, they are." Alex replied sadly looking down at the floor. She could feel herself fiddling with her glass, but she couldn't help it, she was too depressed about the situation, and the fact she's didn't get excepted.

" They are very good." Sebastien replied, studeing the photograph in hand.

" Thank you Sebastien." She replied quietly, taking another sip of her drink.

Sebastien looked at her, wondering why she had a differerent change in tone and expressions. It then occured to him, how stupid he felt afterwards for not realizing the situation.

" I'm sorry, Alexandria." Sebastien replied, a little embarrassed. " I didn't realize."

" It's okay, Sebastien." Alex rose her hand in the air. " It's not your fault." She took another sip of her wine. She suddenly dropped the glass, letting the liquid spill all over the floor, she felt a sharp pain course through her hands, it was worse than before.

" Alex are you okay?" Sebastien asked, the expression of worry covering his face. He quickly grabbed a couple of napkins from the table and rushed over to clean up the mess.

" I'm sorry Sebastien, I have ruined our evening!" Alex replied, tearfully looking down at him. She couldn't believe how bad things have gotten.

" Do you want me to leave?" Sebastien asked looking up at her. He didn't want to intrude when she wasn't feeling well.

" No of course not!" She placed her hand lightly on his shoulder. Sebastien grabbed for her hands once more, lightly pressing his lips on them once again.

" If you want me to leave, I will leave and we can talk tomorrow." He replied gently, looking into her eyes, she was deffinetly beautiful.

Alex looked back into his eyes, she didn't want him to go, she would be the one to blame. Her being stupid and breaking the glass, and her not being able to handle the pain raging through her skin. She sighed deeply, before giving him, her reply.

" I am tired." She reluctantly said looking down at the floor.

Sebastien could tell that she didn't want him to go, the reaction in her eyes had said enough. He placed his hand under her chin, raising her eyes to his.

" I understand." He replied reasuring her. " Would you like me to help you to your bed? I can wait until you have dressed into you pjs before I go in to help you."

" That sounds fine." She smiled. "Let me help you clean up the mess." She grabbed the napkins off the floor.

" No, no, no. You go ahead and dress down." He stopped her. " Just call me when your ready."

" Okay." She rolled her eyes as Sebastien helped her to her feet.

Alex made her way into the bedroom, feeling so low. The fact of Sebastien cleaning the mess off the carpet, letting her go to bed early and ruining their date. She exhaled deeply as she shut the bedroom door slightly behind her, how could she be so stupid?

As she carefully stripped down to her bare skin, Sebastien's face came to mind again. How can someone that handsome be so nice to her? She had never met someone so handsome that treated her so gently. She giggled to herself as she thought about their date, and how funny he was, and how he made her laugh. She hasn't laughed that way in a long time, he was so perfect.

After moments of going through her drawer, she finally decided on a pj set for the night; her normal blue striped bottomes, and a white spaghetti strap. She winced at the pain in her hands as she pulled up her pj bottoms, she couldn't believe how hard this was, and how she couldn't pull up her bottoms all the way. After trying and trying of pulling her bottoms on she finally gave up, leaving them hanging just below her hips. She decided to go for the spaghetti strap, and was surprised of how hard it was to put on the top as well. She winced again as she tried to pull the shirt over her breasts, but found it was too hard. She then remembered that she also needed to take her braw off as well.

She groaned at herself, and couldn't beleive the position she had put herself in: pj bottoms hanging at the bottom of her hips, showing her undies. Her top resting just above her breasts showing her braw that matched her undies. What was she going to do now? How was she going to get her clothes on? Then someone entered her mind, she knew that he said he would help her, but did he meant it even about this? She didn't want him to see her body, she had always felt ashamed of it, of how she wasn't a stick probably like his ex probably was. She didn't want to scare him off. She blew out a heavy exhale as the conclusion came to her head: she had to ask Sebastien for help.
